Am I Not Enough?

I'm now going to school because it's already 6:30 in the morning I might be late if diko pa bilisan mga kilos ko.

"You're going na?" Kuya Simon uttered and I almost slipped. "Oh, yan kasi! becareful."

"Bruh, don't scare me like that!" I muttered and patuloy akong bumaba ng hagdanan.

"Don't mind Kuya Sandro. It's for your own safety. Don't be against him. He's threat na he'll transfer you is serious." He reminded me.

"Yeah, right." Tipid kong sagot.

"I'm going na, bye." I murmured and opened the door.

"Ingat! I love you!" Kuya Simon shouted. And naglakad na ako papunta sa car.

"Magiging okay rin ang lahat, Rie." Ate Lindy uttered and I looked at her.

"Hopefully, ate." I answered back and smiled.

"Wala ka bang dadaanan ngayon, Rie?" Kuya Ben asked me while he's heating up the engine.

I thinked. "Uh, wala naman po." I responded and he just nodded.

After a few minutes passed, andito na kami sa school.

"Hey, Rie!" Nica exclaimed when she saw me approaching our classroom.

"Hello, Nica! Where's Max? Dimo kasama?" I asked her because usually sabay silang pumapasok.

"Unfortunately, she's sick. She cannot go." She informed me. Hmm, that's new? Hindi madaling tablan ng sakit si Maxine.

"Really? That's new? Anong sakit niya ba?" I uttered shocked.

"She said it was a flu." Nica answered and getting her self ready because its almost time for our flag ceremony.

I just nodded. "Seb, you're here pala? I didn't notice you." I said when I saw Seb at his seat. I was busy talking to Nica.

"I just seated. Galing ako library." He said and gave me an assuring smile.

"What's up, guys?" Chico arrived and roamed his eyes to see if Maxine's around. "Where's Maxine?" He asked and put his bag on his chair.

"Sick." Nica responded.

"Ha?! Si Maxine nagkasakit? Jusq, dami daming vitamins nun ah? Bago to." Chico said and reacted shocked. Told ya, di basta basta nagkakasakit si Maxine dahil madami din siyang vitamins.

"I know right! I'm also shocked, Chics." I added.

"Oh, by the way. What's your group, guys? Sa P.E.?" Nica's asking about sa ipeperform namin next week.

"I'm group 1. I think pati ikaw Seb?" I said and looked at Seb reading his book.

"Uhm, yeah." He responded.

"Group 4, here." Chico murmured.

And that's when the bell rang three times.

"Lets go." I murmured to them and lumabas narin kami ng classroom.

The flag ceremony is done. That's means na it's rosary time. After the rosary we proceeded sa classrooms namin.

Two of our subjects is done already. We're just waiting for the next teacher nalang.

"Is Sir Mario around?" Our classmate, Felicity said.

"Yes, I'm around, Felicity." Sir Mario exclaimed and entered our classroom. This guy is so unpredictable.

We're in the middle of our lesson when my eyes went to the window and saw Kuya Sandro's car entering our gate. Oh shit, this is it.

I'm a bit scared of what's he's discussing to the principal. Knowing Kuya Sandro, professionalism is one of his values.
