"Where's the bag with my candy in it?" I yelled. "Its right here Claire. Calm down." August said while handing me the bag. "So you know the twins birthday is next week right?" I asked.
"Yeah." August said while getting a water out the refrigerator. "Are you coming to their party?" I asked. "I don't know. I been here with y'all for this whole week and KhaLani thinks I'm taking care of business in LA." "Well August you should be heading home now." I said while walking over to the door.
2 hours later
"Hey mommy." Paige said. I smiled. "Hey baby. How are you?" I asked. "I'm good." She said. Paige hair is growing back and she is just the sweetest. "Hey mommy." MaKenzie and Jake said. Chase was carrying Ross in his arms. "He's 2 and he can walk. Put him down." I said.
"Your ex was mad when he seen me carrying Ross spoiled butt." Chase said. "Oh really?" I asked while fixing the kids plates. "Yeah." Chase said. "You look pretty today." Chase added. "Thanks." "So is August coming next week or not?" Chase asked. "I don't think so. But the kids will have more fun without him." I said.
"You tripping Claire." Chase said. "How?" I asked. "The kids are missing their father. Stop being so nice letting him back in and just not let him see the kids. I can be the father." Chase said. "Its not your responsibility. Now leave. And by the way. That didn't make any sense."
