I called off work the next day so I could spend some time to myself and study for my classes. I got up from my bed and walked over to the kitchen to pour myself a cup of orange juice. Whilst in the kitchen area, I look to the terrace and stare at the most beautiful sunrise am had ever seen. My father had quite the stash of cash, considering his job paid very well. The apartment had the view looking out onto the lake, making the mornings much more cherishable.

Placing my cup in the sink, I sulk back into the bedroom and lay back onto my bed. I twist my body from side to side, letting my back unwind and crack out- making my muscles feel more loose.

Whilst sitting my bed and being surrounded by my laptop and books, I can feel my phone vibrating. I search for the phone and once I have it in my hands I stare at the caller i.d.- it's Harry.

I quickly press the ignore and set my phone on silence. Not wanting to listen or feel the vibrations that he causes. Although, some vibrations may not be that bad...

Who am I kidding? I can't get involved with someone like him. Someone so secretive, and moody. Yet so kind, and funny, and undeniably attractive in every which way.

What were they even talking about that night? Whatever it was, it made my stomach churn. Something tells me that it's bad news. But another part of me wants to hear him out. Plus, his lips are unbelievably soft and plump and I cannot even. I close my laptop and shut all my books. I climb out of bed and head to the shower.

Once I feel like I've taken long enough, I step out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body. I stare into the foggy mirror and lift my hand up to the surface. My finger glides across, spelling out a name that's been on my mind since the morning rise.

I walk into my room and search for clothes to wear. I slip on a pair of high waisted jeans and a white sleeveless crop t-shirt that's tied in the front. I let my hair air dry and slip on my moccasins- considering that it's freezing outside. I walk over to the bed and pick up my phone,

4 missed calls

1 new text message

I read the message he left me, and just as I'm finished, my buzzer rings. I sigh and walk over to the door and press on the talk button.

"Who is it?" I say into the speaker box.

"It's Harry, please just let me up."

I take a few seconds before I reluctantly press the door button, buzzing him in. I wait a minute or so until I hear the knock on my door.

I take a deep breath before I open the door.

I twist the knob and standing in front of me is Harry.

"Hi," he breaths.

"Uh, come in," I say a bit awkwardly. Not yet having my mind made up on whether or not I should hear him out. He steps in and takes in his surroundings.

"Wow, you have a nice place,"

I nod and walk myself over to the couch and take a seat, waiting for him to join me.

"What is it that's so important Harry?" I question, trying to sound more harsh than I wanna be.

"I want to apologize... again. I never should have been late, I shouldn't have been rude to you, I should've just taken you out like a gentleman and-"

I cut him off, "Why are you so rude and then so nice? I don't get it. You get super moody and then you're super nice and ask for forgiveness. And then, you're secretive. I get it," I take a breath, "we all have secrets. But you seem to have just too many and it's so hard to keep up with you."

He nods, "Allison, I want something between us. I do. And I'm going to be honest- I'm not easy to deal with. I have secrets. I want to tell you, but I just cant."

We sit in silence for a while, before I finally stand up and walk over to him. I take my hand and caress his cheek, "Even your cheeks are soft," I giggle to myself.

He smiles and leans in. But I stop him and look into his eyes, "I want something too."

He moves in again and our lips move in sync, his tongue running across my bottom lip and I give in. His hands wrap around my waist and pull me tighter into him. My hands slide up into the crook of his neck and pull at his baby curls that stick out from his beanie. I pull away from him slowly and take a breath.

"Shouldn't you be at work?" I ask him, looking into his eyes.

"Shouldn't you?" He smirked down at me.

I giggled and pulled completely away from him, "I called of today to work on some school stuff,"

"Maybe I can help," He offered.

I smile and nod and walk into my bedroom, sitting at my original position- Harry following behind me and taking a seat next to me.

"I like your room."
