I had the idea that I wanted a SM character to be Finn's adopted parent, since he doesn't live with his bio parents, so I chose the mayor! I like the idea that the mayor usually only does things to make people think he's a selfless and good person, when he's actually just a selfish asshole. But Evermore adopting Finn was genuine, cuz idk why, I just want Finn to have a rich parent :| Evermore enjoys spoiling Finn, but I imagine due to Finn's injuries, the mayor is a bit overprotective at times
