Yujin nervously bounced her legs up and down as she saw the dim lights of the Hogsmeade station approach. She craned her head, trying to get a view of the castle through the train window. The door of her compartment opened again whilst she was adjusting her standard robes. "Well, well, the next witch in our family, no?" Yeji teased, sitting down after she and Hyunjin changed into their robes. Green and silver. The colors of Slytherin house.
"What's the sorting process like?" Yujin asked, leaning forward eagerly, "Please, you have to tell me," She pleaded. She had already tried once... maybe thrice... on the train ride, but neither twin would budge.
Hyunjin shrugged, "Can't tell you, Yujin. Part of the rules and traditions. You'll get into Slytherin without a doubt, don't worry your pretty head about it, okay?" He mused, patting her head. "Now... we should be..."
At this cue, there was the sound of the train horn, announcing their official arrival.
"You will be going with the first years, a different way. Hyunjin, and I, and Lucas, will already be at the school once you arrive, alright?" Yeji explained, letting Yujin exit the compartment first. Yujin didn't answer, just merely nodding her head as she fidgeted with the hem of her robe sleeves. Suddenly, the black standard robes felt too big on her as she separated from her Slytherin cousins.
"First Years! This way! This way! Follow me, please!"
Heeseung looked at his brother as they stepped off the train. A tall man, probably nearing nine, or ten feet, held a giant lantern overcast. Next to him was a giant dog that was probably Heeseung's height.
"That's Hagrid, it's all good. Go with the First Years," Junho said, nudging his brother encouragingly.
Heeseung let out a small sigh before leaving his brother yet again. He hurried along to catch up with the First Years who were already walking off the platform. "First year, too, mate?" He jumped when one redhead boy popped up on either side of him.
"What else would he be?" His duplicate said with a light scoff, "Look, I think our brothers are friends," He hummed, pointing behind them.
They all looked back and saw another redhead boy, though much taller and less skinny, ruffling Junho's hair.
"George Weasley," The one on the right said, holding out his hand. Heeseung hesitantly shook it. "My twin brother, Fred," George said, gesturing to Heeseung's left.
"Heeseung Lee," Heeseung said, shaking Fred's hand as well.
"That's our brother Charlie, over there," Fred explained as they veered off the path that the other students were taking. "Did your brother tell you anything about how they choose houses?" He asked, lowering his voice.
"No, my brother would not say a word about it," Heeseung grumbled, shaking his head. "Any idea? Did your brother tell you?"
Fred rolled his eyes, "Something about school secret. Our whole family's been in Gryffindor, so we've just got to know!"
"Our first older brother, Bill, was Head Boy last year. Gave mum and dad quite the expectations," George added.
"Just 'round the bend here!" The giant in the front, Hagrid called out, catching everyone's attention. All the first years gasped as the sight of Hogwarts was finally in front of them. Perched upon a giant mountain on the other side of the lake were the multiple spires and towers of Hogwarts.
"No more'n for four to a boat!" Hagrid called, gesturing to the fleet of small boats that were docked on the shore.
Heeseung and the Weasley looked at each other before climbing into one together and being joined by another first year. Lee Jordan, if Heeseung heard it correctly. Heeseung sat in the front and he turned around, sitting properly as Hagrid yelled, "Forward!" He grinned to himself as the boats glided forward, not needing anyone to row it.
