Ella

Victoria helped me change out of my yellow dress and into my grey sweatpants and black sweater. I managed to put my hair in a bun before getting in bed, hugging my stomach in pain. "You okay?" She whispered before getting into bed beside me. "I'm okay." I whispered back. I couldn't help but think about the fact that I ruined Alex's 26th birthday. I also embarrassed myself in-front of Noah's friend, and I didn't even want to think about how embarrassed my dad is too. I hid my face into my pillow, and cried. Victoria pulled me into her arms and whispered "Ella, what's wrong?" Her eyes searching for answers but I couldn't tell her because I couldn't make up my mind on what was wrong either. I was overwhelmed. Sniffling, the door opened and Bianca ran into the room in her pink shorts and grey hoodie, making me sit up as she joined us in bed and hugged me "I heard what happened, are you okay?" I nodded, not even bothering to ask how she found out.

Victoria and Alex eventually had to leave and she made me promise that I would call her if I needed anything. Bianca decided to stay the night, because her older sister, Aurora, isn't at home and she doesn't want to be alone. We ate leftover birthday cake and I told Bianca everything that happened from the last time I saw her, leaving out the part where my mom existed. Her hazel eyes were filled with concern "I would love to slap him for you" she finally said, making me laugh, but she didn't. "No offense B, but you wouldn't even slap a cockroach without losing" I joked, making her grimace at the thought. She sighed and shaked her head "well it's a good thing he isn't a cockroach, right?" I smiled and rolled my eyes. We talked for a little more, and before I knew it, she was asleep.
