Spark ran through the halls of Canterlot High until she was sure she was alone. She found a shaded area to change appearances, safely. She then pulled what looked kinda like a juice pouch out of her pocket, ripped the top off and sucked it dry. "Ah, much better." she said, satisfied. She looked around. Better change back. After reverting back to her usual appearance, she put the now empty pouch back in her pocket and went back to where her team was.
Sometime later, she was met with confused stares.
"He, hey. Spark, ya got something on your jacket." a reddish orange guy pointed out, nervously.
She looked down at herself. "Oops, got a little sauce on my jacket. No big deal."
Cheese raised an eyebrow as he looked at the spot, closer. "Asiago, that's not sauce."
"What is it, then?" Asiago asked as he backed away from Spark.
Cheese approached her, carefully and went to sniff the spot.
"Um, excuse you? Personal space." Spark snapped in annoyance as she moved away from him.
Cheese rolled his eyes at her as she retreated to a far corner of the room to try and wipe the spot off.
River approached her. "Here, let me help."
"Uh, thanks." Spark said as she took her jacket and gave it to River.
River set it on the floor, took some spot remover out of her pocket and rubbed it on the 'sauce'.
"Wow." Spark exclaimed. "It's gone."
"Yep." River agreed. "You can have this."
"Why? Don't you need it?" Spark asked in confusion as she put her jacket back on.
River shrugged. "I've got more at home."
"Your arm looks dry." Spark pointed out. "Is that normal?"
"Hmm." River mused as she began to itch it. Forgot my spray bottle. Great. "I'll be right back." She walked quickly out the door with her twin following after, both of them itching.
While in the hallway they bumped into Harvest and Ruby.
River rolled her eyes at them. "Let me guess, forgot your spray bottles, also?"
Harvest and Ruby nodded.
Raina looked around in confusion. "Wait, where's Shimmer and Twinkle?"
"Raina, ya do remember Shimmer's a party planner? Right?" River asked, nervously.
"Oh, right." Raina agreed. "Wait, Harvest. Isn't your best friend a party planner?"
"Yes." Harvest replied. "But I don't wanna use him for his powers. It wouldn't be right."
"That's fair, I guess." Raina said with a shrug. "At least I get to see you again, today."
"Hmm, mmm." Harvest agreed as he walked up to the drinking fountain they were standing near, turned it on and put his arms under the water, one at a time.
"So, River." Ruby said as she approached. "I noticed you watching mine and Solar's dance routine."
"I was and I enjoyed it." River admitted. She took a deep breath while Raina used the drinking fountain. "Ruby, about you admitted earlier."
"Yes?" Ruby asked, curiously.
"You said you're into girls." River continued. "Does that include, me?"
"River, we just met." Ruby reminded. "So, I don't know yet." She shrugged. "I just wanna be friends, for now. And maybe in the future we can be more."
"I'd like that, very much." River agreed.
"River, your turn to use the drinking fountain." Raina said.
"Alright." River said as she did so.
Harvest looked over at his sister and smiled. "So, not yet?"
Ruby nodded. "Just friends, for now."
"Hmm." Harvest mused. "Fair enough."
"You can go, now. Ruby." River said as Ruby smiled at her and nodded.
Raina leaned into Harvest. "What's the verdict?"
"Friends." Harvest replied as Raina nodded.
Once Ruby was done at the drinking fountain, they all went back to their respected teams.
