Sdra2.exe: Hibiki encounters Hibiki.exe? (Prologue)

The pink-purpled hair girl with music-note hair ties has been resting in her bed for some time now, having some wonderful dreams of her own. Her name was Hibiki Otonokoji. Some with her friends, some with her sister and her friends, but one was with her girlfriend, Setsuka Chebukuro. They've been dating for a while now. Everything seemed fine and peaceful, until, one night, there was another dream, but ... mysterious and dark.

Hibiki: "Gah! Wha? Where am I?"

The girl suddenly looked around the new area as it was raining, the sky was ... strangely red? That can't be right. The sky is usually blue.

Hibiki: "Wha- what is this place? And why is it raining -"
Hibiki: "B-blood?"
Hibiki: "O-okay, Kanade. If this is one of your dreamish pranks, it's not funny."

The area continued to rain blood. It seemed the rain was going to continue nonstop for some unknown reason.

Hibiki: sighs "Might as well look around and see if there is an exit, get out of here, and wake up in the real world."

Hibiki then started to explore the place in hopes of waking up from this weird dream. But ... all that she saw was ... animals ... dead ... killed with the intent of using them for decorations. Some of the critters were hung to the trees while their blood was dripping onto the ground floor, creating a bloodied puddle. Some had their insides exposed to the outside. Some were decapitated. Some were stabbed with spears. But most of them were ripped apart and torn to shreds.

Hibiki: "W-wh-wha? D-dead a-animals? W-what happened here!? I need to find help as fast as possible!"

The girl then ran as fast as possible, trying to find someone to help her with this crisis she was in. It was only a few minutes into the run, and things went from bad to worse.

Hibiki: "This place is getting worse and worse as I keep going! W-what if I'm the next victim!?"
Hibiki: "Maybe I should turn back?"
Hibiki: "No! I've come too far to turn back now! I have to keep going."

She then continued to move forward, determined not to give up. A bit later, she then spotted a figure in some red fog.

Hibiki: "Hold on. I think I see something in the distance."

She then would creep closer and closer and closer. What the figure looked like was just like Hibiki.

Hibiki: "What the? Y-you- you look like me?"
???: "Oh? I didn't expect someone to find me here."

Hibiki was a bit startled when the figure spoke. She was confused and looked at the figure even more, but couldn't see her face.

???: "I apologize if I accidentally startled you. Since this 'is' my first time being in your mind."
Hibiki: "My- mind? Who- who are you?"
???: "Why- ah. Where are my manners? It's been so long since I visited a mortal for over 500 moons."

The figure then removed what seemed like a mask to reveal their face. But when they did, Hibiki was terrified. The figure WAS her, but she had black eyes with red pupils, blood tears, and a bloodstained face and hands. Her hair was a dark shade of gray and red. Who was this side of her?
