You enter the Avengers compound, and the tension in the air is thick enough to be cut with a knife. Despite being the Iron Man's wife, you had little to no say when it came to the dangers your husband ever so carelessly threw himself into. And for that reason, you were often pissed off. The events that took place in Sokovia— events you had to hear after the fact. Your heels clicked aggressively against the hard floor as you walked in a fast pace, not making eye contact with any of the Avengers.

Part of you blamed them, but it isn't their fault your husband decided to not tell you he was going to battle a robotic evil force that he created. Lost in your thoughts, your gaze suddenly shifted to Vision, who suddenly found himself in front of you. If only you were a big red hunk of vibranium that could float, then maybe Tony would start including you in his plans for self destruction.

"Mrs. Stark, I sense anger within you. Could it have something to do with the events that took place in Sokovia? I can say with good pride and even greater confidence that what your spouse did not only saved lives, but—"

"Ended lives. What he did— what you," You look around at the assemblage of Avengers, your eyebrows furrowed before your gaze returned back to the Vision. "—did, it may have saved lives but at what cost? Buildings crushing families, explosions resulting in death? One of your own died out there! And for what? Just so you can do it again? Put my husband's life in danger? Put your own lives in danger?" An unfamiliar brunette seemed to become aggrieved upon the mention of the death of Pietro, as he was her brother.

the Vision doesn't speak, although he doesn't have to. Rogers look at you with pity, but he doesn't dare to speak either. Natasha nods when your eyes meet hers, as if a silent way of saying she understands. Maybe not so much agree, but she understands. The multiple sets of eyes locked on you made you feel the slightest bit uncomfortable, that was until you hear a voice from behind you.

"She's right," You look over your shoulder, no need to turn all the way around when the nothing but familiar voice of your husband comes into play. "—then again, when are you not right? That's probably why I married you, also because you're great in bed, not the point.." You roll your eyes. "—She is right. We put a lot of lives in danger. Which is why good old United Nations has put together something called the Sokovia Accords."

In an attempt to hold up your displeased aura awhile longer, you hold on giving him the look. That look of approval that lets him know he's fixed whatever he happened to do wrong, he does it enough to know said look like the back of his hand. You turn your head back in the direction of the Avengers, as Tony starts walking closer to the group. He stops beside you, and shoots the Vision a look.

"Hey man I created you, would you mind backing away from my wife? I mean seriously, have some class." His voice reeks with sarcasm, but they all knew a part of him truly meant it. Vision lifted himself and glided over to Wanda, before taking his place in a seat next to her.

"The Sokovia Accords allow the United Nations to control and regulate what we do as the Avengers, or as they label us; "Enhanced individuals." Got a nice ring to it, yeah? Anyway, we're all required to sign it." He smirked as he finished his speech, and of course Rogers was the first to say something. They argued, until eventually it died out. That was about thirty minutes later, of course..

It was much later into the day, the sun was setting and the sky was getting darker by the minute. It was rather cold, and all you had was a mid-thigh length black dress with a black blazer to cover your arms from the cold that threatened to bite your skin. Most of the Avengers had left, the only one remaining was your husband. Tony was somewhere in the compound, working on something you assumed. You decided to sit in the car for a bit, you were quite bored but didn't feel like driving home, so you were just going to wait in the passenger seat until your husband was ready to go home. You felt your phone vibrate from a pocket in your blazer, and pulled it out. It was a text from Natasha.
