Ch.5

-Amandas POV-
I needed to get the whole Ethan following Grayson and I off my mind. "Mom, can I go to the indoor pool downstairs?" "Sure, be careful sweetie" "I know mom" I walked to the elevator in my bikini and pink flops, and towel. I got to the pool and used the key card to open the door to the pool. No one was there thankfully, so I got the whole pool to myself. I dipped my toes in the water and it felt perfect. Not too hot and not too cold. About 10 minutes passed by of me swimming back and fourth. Listening to the water every movement I made. It was quite calming and sounded nice.
-Grayson's POV-
"Here it is...I never told you this because I knew you liked her, but I like Amanda. I've liked her ever since the day we met her in the elevator. And I followed you guys cause I wanted to learn more about her." Ethan said kinda quietly. "Dude!" I said realizing I was getting mad. I tried to lower my voice, because I knew Ethan couldn't help it. "You know what, I heard they have an indoor pool. I'm gonna go there to clear my mind. Don't follow me" I told Ethan, trying to make him guilty. I walked to the elevator and I was on the top floor so it took me a while to get to the bottom, especially with all the stops the elevator made to pick up people. "I hope none of these people are going to the pool" I thought to myself.

-AMANDAS POV-
The pool was long and I wanted to see if I could go to the floor of it and swim across without going up for air. I started in the shallow end and I quickly kicked off the wall and could touch the ground.

-Grayson's POV-
I was walking to the door of the indoor pool and it didn't look like anyone was in there. But once I opened the door, I saw someone at the bottom of the pool swimming "great" I thought to myself sarcastically. But as soon as the person came to the top of the pool, I realized who it was and quickly got excited.

-Amandas POV-
I made it to the end of the pool with out coming up. I thought I heard someone come In but I wasn't sure. I rubbed the water off my face with my hands and looked at the shallow part of the pool to see Grayson standing there "Mind if I join?" He asked. "Umm, I was actually just leaving" I said putting my arms outside of the pool and pushing my self out. I actually wasn't getting out, but I was just playing hard to get. "Wait Amanda, please stay" Grayson asked with a convincing face. "Ok" I said smiling, while putting my feet in first and pushing off the ground and plopping in the water. "So did you find out what happened with Ethan" I asked floating over to him calmly on my back. "Oh umm no." Gray said suspiciously.

-Grayson's POV-
I didn't want to tell Amanda what happened because, that would be messed up. I knew Ethan would never tell if it were the other way around. "Don't forget tomorrow, we are hanging out." I told Amanda "what?" She asked confused. "Tomorrow's Friday, I asked you at the elevator to go to the movies, remember?" "Oh right, how could I forget" Amanda said chuckling.

-Amanda POV-
I was in the pool with Grayson having an amazing time. He made me laugh so much. I heard a phone buzz and I looked at Grayson giving him a "was that yours" kinda face. "It wasn't mine. Mine is on silent" he said reading my face. I got out of the pool and dried myself quickly and walked over to my phone. I picked up my phone in one hand and ran my fingers through my hair with my other hand. I had gotten a text from someone with no contact name.

Random number-Hey Amanda, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out tomorrow.
Me-who's this(: and I can't tomorrow cause I'm hanging out with a friend...we are going to the movies.
Random number-oh which friend?
Me-his name is Grayson
Random number- oh right, I forgot you guys were hanging out
Me-yea, sorry, maybe the day after. It's a Saturday that day...are you free then?
Random number- ya, I am
Me-oh, you never answered my question lol who is this?
Random number- Ethan(:
Me-oh well I have to go, I'm swimming with Grayson, If you want to come down, but I'll ttyl(:
Ethan-no I think I'll pass on swimming, and bye.
"Who texted you" Grayson asked. I didn't know If I should tell him or not. I didn't know if Ethan wanted me to. "Don't worry about it..umm it was just a wrong number" I said flashing him a smile and getting back in the pool. "Ok?" Grayson said kinda curious.
