-Amanda POV-

I sat up and clicked the emergency button, hoping it worked since its been about 30 minutes of being in that elevator. I got a text from Grayson.
Grayson💞: where are you? Where's Ethan? Are you okay?

Me: yea, me and Ethan are fine..but we are kinda stuck in an elevator. Please get help when you get this😁
I tried texting back but it wouldn't send through. I let out a frustrated sigh. "You okay?" Ethan asked. "Ya, it's just that this stupid text won't go through." I chuckled. I stood up and and lifted my phone higher trying to get service when finally, I did. I went to my contacts and clicked 'call' next to Grayson's name. As soon as he answered, I could hear only worry in Grayson's voice "Amanda, where the hell are you and Ethan? Are you guys okay? Tell Ethan I'm sorry." "Gray, *chuckles* we are 'OKAY'." I said emphasizing the 'okay'. "Just go to the front desk and tell them that the elevator is stuck and that there are two people in there." "Okay..also Amanda, I need to talk to you about something personal. Okay?" Gray said in a low tone. "Ummmm...okay? Actually that reminds me, I kinda need to talk to you too."
