Chapter 4: An end to comradery..?

After revealing the pregnancy test results, the two went home, and a day passed by.

*alarm noises*

Masachika woke up to the sound of his alarm that echoed in his room. He turned it off and went to look at his phone. There was a message that came from Yuki.

"My little sister-radar senses that something happened yesterday; is my dear brother alright?"

Masachika just stared at the message from Yuki and didn't reply. He is still affected by the fact that he is now a father of what's inside Masha.

How did it even lead to this? Out of all this that I didn't expect that would happen, and suddenly I am now a... Father?

The thought of being a father itself increases Masachika's anxiety. As if he's scared of having this type of responsibility at this early stage of life.

Maybe Masha-san is also anxious about this, because what will her parents say to her? Also, what will Alya do if she finds out?

Anxiety, fear, guilt, and regret filled the room of Masachika as he lay down on his bed. The room couldn't be more gloomier than a funeral, but what happened to Masachika is opposite to a funeral. Most male teenagers might react the same way as Masachika, because in that time of their life they should be enjoying their adolescent teenage years, like making friends, going out on fun trips with them, exploring stuff that catches their interests, and trying various kinds of stuff before the impending days of adulthood get to them.

I have to be dreaming, right? Maybe Masha-san who's pregnant with my child and Elena-senpai's party didn't happen at all?

He tried to test this theory by pinching himself so hard. Obviously it didn't work, and he only hurt himself. But he mentioned Elena-senpai's party, which made him recall the question he asked her when she ran away.

tch... I guess it's not a dream at all, but Elena-senpai's party? Oh right, I asked her a question when she ran away.

Masachika tried to remember what he asked about Elena's presence, in which Masha and Masachika are doing the "cuddling session" on the sofa of the student council room.

Why did she not stop us? Why did she not stop me from doing that to Maa-chan ?

As Masachika recalled the question he asked Elena, more questions started to pile up in his mind.

What did she do while we're doing it? Was she looking out for someone for help? No, she should be long enough in the room for her to witness the two phases of our drunk state, and she wouldn't be outside either while watching us since someone might suspect and catch us on the act.

Masachika tried to analyze Elena's presence in the situation at that time. He continued with his thoughts.

But if Elena-senpai was there the whole time, she could've at least put in an effort separating us, right? But when she shared what happened, it seemed that she just... watched us? What the hell, Elena-senpai?

As Masachika continued with his train of thoughts while lying on his bed, his anger with Elena started to bloom. Masachika realized that Elena didn't even try to separate them while extremely *cuddling* and just watched them freak each other off on the sofa of the student council room.

How could you Elena-senpai?! I thought I could trust you; I thought you were only joking about that kind of stuff and weren't really capable of doing it. But...

Masachika thought about confronting words to Elena, but he also realized something.
