THE SUN HAD SHONED BRIGHTER than I expected which made my eyes irritate. it was yukiko and I's first day at class e. we were absolutely shocked to see how far apart the classroom was from the campus.
"you. have. got. to. be. kidding. me." I whined to yukiko, who seemed to be just fine with having to climb the mountain. "you look calm and collective, how do you do that? i'm not physically, mentally, and spiritually built for mountain hiking." I said.
It had been a few minutes since we started our hike towards the classroom– which felt like hours. I honestly thought the we'd reach the classroom by now, but no. we seemed to be a little bit farther from the classroom according to the map we had.
I looked towards yukiko, who was seemingly enjoying the hiking, "i'm surprised you're complaining about the hike yuuichi. you seemed to be bragging about going to the gym lately." yukiko said sarcastically.
"what– hey! where's all this negative energy coming from? and plus, you know.. I only come to the gym to look for women.." I nervously chuckled. i'll be quite frank with you all, I was the complete opposite of a gym freak. I was more of a pilates princess to be honest, but only when I feel like being a pilates princess.
apart from that, I would only lay in bed. I was so not used to this whole hiking agenda. and I honestly thought there would be some sort of stairs leading directly to the classroom, but no! the principal had to just make things harder for us.
"I miss my bed~ I miss my cabbage patch doll. I wanna go home. do you wanna skip with me yukiko~?" I looked directly to yukiko who was BARELY sweating.
I, on the other hand, was sweating like I ran a 500 meter relay run. I knew I would smell if it this were to continue. I pulled my perfume out of my bag and sprayed it all over me.
"smart move. wouldn't wanna give our new classmates the wrong idea." yukiko complimented to which I hummed in response.
as we began to reach the top of the mountain, we saw an old rusty cabin. "this seems like class e." yukiko said, she looked towards me and offered her hand which I gladly accepted.
I held it a little bit tighter out of fear. as we entered the old cabin, we had noticed the guy from the ministry of defense. he had noticed us too and started to walk towards us.
"you two are the new transferee students, correct?" he asked to which we both responded with a nod. "follow me ladies." he guided us the way to our room. he knocked on the door twice.
the door was opened by a ridiculously large creature which left me in shock and terror. I knew this wasn't a joke anymore. this was real life. I walked a few steps back out of fear. I began to hold yukiko's hand more tightly and so did she.
