𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐓'𝐒 𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓
𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐂𝐊 at his mother's front door he rose from the couch and looked through the peephole seeing Kenny on the other side of the door. Unlocking it, he pulled it open and tilted his head for him to come in.Kenny walked in and immediately began talking, "I'm sorry fa stormin' out dis bitch da ova' day. I wah' jus' embarrassed honestly, I dew apologize fa kissing yew tew." He sat down.
"It's cool." Marley came and sat next to him, "I really wanted to kiss you anyway, but then I thought about my partners and felt bad..." He admitted.
Kenny's eyebrows furrowed for many reasons but mostly because of 'partners'. "Yew go wif' different people?"
Marley nodded his head, "It's still new and fresh but yeah. I just had a girlfriend at first, then next thing you know I have two girlfriends and a boyfriend." He told Kenny before sighing.
"Oh," Kenny chuckled lightly, "Like dat poly shit... das' cewl, MarMar." He smiled, "If I would've known in advance I wouldn't have disrespected yew like dat—I jus' got in da moment, seeing yew again brung back feelings dat I never got tew get ova', but I'm sorry fa real."
Marley smiled, shaking his head 'no', "No need to apologize Kenny. You ain't do shit wrong—It's all on me."
Kenny simply nodded and sat quiet for a moment before speaking again, "Hope we can be friends again, at least." He looked over at Marley.
Nodding his head, Marley smiled and dapped him up, "Fasho'—I've missed you like crazy, can't let you slip away from a nigga again." He chuckled.
"Bet that." Kenny chuckled and slid his phone from his pocket, unlocking it and passing it over toward Marley. Marley grabbed it and put his name and number in it and gave it back, "How long yew down this way fa?"
"I leave tomorrow morning. I only came dis way to check on Cornell—Thought he was dyin' so I left my vacation with my partners early, they landed home today though so I'll catch back up with them in the A.M." Marley explained.
"Thought he was dying? He cewl?" Kenny was concerned.
Marley nodded, "He aight," He shrugged, "It don't 'em matter fa real." He chuckled. "You wan chill tonight? It'll be cool to have some company."
Kenny also nodded, "Das' cewl wimme—Lemme jus' run home and freshen up. Ima grab my gas and some ova shit 'N be back in a couple hours—Cewl?"
"Thats coo', I'll be hea' waitin'." Marley told him, sitting on the couch.
"Your crazy ass bruvah ain't gone walk in on us again right?" Kenny teased, "I'm playin' we gone be chillen' anyway, I'll be back." He told Marley before leaving.
