Hello! Today I almost forgot that I have to update here. Even today I got irritated, but the good part is that I have again started to practice spirituality. I woke up late but tomorrow I'll definitely wake up early as I'll go to the temple and perform other rituals at home.

I have also written a lot of things on bits of papers so that I read from it and learn it. On a few papers I have written meals which include breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, snack, dinner. This is to concentrate on health.

You can use AI to give you a weekly meal plan according to your food preferences. You can choose it to be only vegan or include both vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

I have also written few of the shlokas which I have to learn on the papers, it is handy and I don't have to grab my phone to check it.

Let's learn, improve our life's daily. If I can do it so can you. All it takes is the desire to change and become a better version of yourself.
