Hello! If anyone out there can relate to this stuff, like, comment on your experiences.
Changing yourself is not easy but it is also not impossible. Let's say you have anger issues like me. I get irritated easily even if I want to change it it's difficult.
The next moment after lashing out at someone I feel I should have not done that or sometimes I even laugh.
Breaking someone's heart because of anger issues I don't want it I have seen this clip where the advice was given that do not react instead respond.
So here I'm trying to control my anger and follow this advice and become a better person.
