"Hurry your ass up," Gloria yelled at me.
"I'm hurrying, damn! Don't rush me," I say throwing my hair up in a ponytail and walking at the same time. Gloria had gotten me a job at a restaurant she works at. I'd been working there for about a month or so. It was the last week of summer before school was back in and we would be freshmen in college. Exciting.
We got in the car as Gloria started the car and backed out of the driveway. She sped down the road, trying to get there fast as possible. I barely had time to get in the car and close the door.
Once we got the there we clocked in and then went our separate ways. I tied an apron around my waist and pinned my name tag on to my shirt. A table number was written on a sticky note and stuck to my notepad. I threw it in the trash and went to the assigned table.

After work me and Gloria changed and met Nataly at Starbucks. Gloria wore a black T-shirt with dark jeans and I changed into a green jacket over a grey t shirt, and dark blue jeans with mahogany boots, and a scarf to match. I had my beige bag across my shoulder. We spot them at a booth by the window. I order a white chocolate mocha and give them my name before going to join them at the table.
"Hey," I say sitting at the end of the bench.
"Hey," Nataly replies back. "You look tired."
"Exhausted," I sigh taking my hair out of the pony tail and letting it fall loose on my shoulders.
"Yess, let that hair out girl," Nataly says flipping her hair and making a face like a model.
I smile and roll my eyes. "So what's going on with Rei?" Gloria asks.
"She's been ignoring all of us. Every time I ask her something or talk to her I don't get an answer."
"Well we have to go figure it out. I mean, she's supposed to be living with us right?" Nataly says.
"No, we don't. She'll call. If not then she's not our friends anymore and she won't be living with us. Simple as that," I say texting Rei to call.
"Can't we try and work this out," Gloria asks.
"We did." I exclaim. "You know how many times we called, texted, we tried almost everything. She's clearly avoiding us. I don't know about you but I don't want to be friends with someone like that."
"We don't need her," Nataly says.
"Rei was my best friend and I missed her. But she clearly doesn't miss us so I say we move on and forget about her."
"You're right," Gloria says. "Fuck her."
Someone at the counter calls my name and I pay for my drink. You guys ready to go," I ask them.
"Yea," Nataly says and stands up with Gloria right behind her.

First stop is my house, then Nataly's, and then Gloria's. All of us get out the car. Gloria and I rode in hers and Nataly in hers. Today we were packing everything up and then going to our apartment off campus. Its only 5 minutes away so we're practically still there.
After an hour we took a break. We were sitting in the kitchen just talking when the door bell rang. I went to go get it and when I opened it, guess who was here.
"Harry! Hi." He smiled.
"Hey."
"And you brought pizza! I love you." I say taking the boxes from his hands. I give him a kiss on the cheek.
Then Niall emerges from behind him. "Oh, hey Niall. I didn't even see you."
I let them in and lead them to the kitchen. Niall and Nataly hug. We eat all of the pizza. I only had two but Niall had like four! I think Gloria had the same.
After that's done we clean up the trash. "So, I hear you ladies need some help with the heavy lifting," Harry asks, flexing his muscles. I laugh at him.
"Well you heard correctly." I show them to wear all the big boxes are and they take them to the car.

It is 9:34 at night and we have finished packing up everyone's house. Now we start the hour and a half long drive to the apartment. I ride with Harry, and Gloria and Nataly drive by themselves. Its dark in the car, but its very pretty at night with the California lights.
"Excited for college?"
"Yea, It's gonna be great."
"Are you gonna miss me?" He says smirking.
"No," I tease him. He gasps.
"You can come over to the apartment any time you want." I dig in my purse until I find what I was looking for. "I had this made for you." I say putting it in his hand. He can only look for a little bit because he's driving, but its a key.
"A spare key to the apartment," I say.
"I love you so much."
"I love you too."
Its silent for a while. A little too silent. I feel like something bad is about to happen. Because when is Harry ever quiet? Then Harry breaks the silence and I kind of wish that he hadn't said anything because I could feel my heart crumbling in my chest after the words he spoke reached my ears.

Long time, no update. I know. Im so sorry. I had serious writers block. I have ideas for the book but I dont know how to put them into words. And make it fall into line with the rest of the story. So forgive me because lets be honest, this chapter was pretty bad. I will probably have to revise it later. But I promise the next chapter will be up soon and much better than this one.
