I bolt upright gasping. I look around not knowing where I am. About 5 minutes later I realize I'm in my house, in my room. I look at my clock it reads 2:00 a.m., so I get out of bed and quickly check on my daughter. She's still asleep. So I walk into the bathroom and take an ibuprofen to help with my headache. I look into the mirror and see his reflection, I jump back and turn around. He's not there. I look back and I feel like something is wrong. I run to Megan's room. No one is in there. So I shut her door and walk cautiously to my room. My bedside lamp is on. I open my door slowly, then gasp.
Sitting on my bed, is a red rose and a note. It says, 'You can run, but you can't hide her forever.' I reach under my bed, and grab my (smith and Wesson hand gun). Then I run back to Megan's room. The door is slightly open. I peak in and see him standing over her bed. I walk in quietly and say, "Kai! Don't do it. Please don't do it. She's all I have left. Please, please don't do it." He looks at me and says, "I must. She's special. She can save our world. Her fate was decided when she was conceived. You of anyone should know that. You can't hide her from your fears. I must. She'll save our world. I'm sorry Isabell. I must." I run and block him.
Then I say, "If you want to take her, you'll have to kill me. We both know that you won't because you can't, for her fate doesn't exist with me dead. Thou shall not harm my child." "Wrong. Your children. Remember. You gave your son up for both of their lives. Then you fled. You knew the consequences. Yet you ran. I have to take her." He replied. Then I said," If you take her, take me too. You know her fate says 'She must be taught by a part of her.' I will teach her. Take me with."
