"I'm no longer a slave to fear, I am a child of God." - No longer slaves (Bethel Music)
In our darkest moments when we feel so alone, and we feel so lost, we tend to feel like slaves to our pain, to our anxiety. They are our slave masters, they tell us how to act and they tell us how to feel. But we don't have to be slaves to fear anymore because we are children of an almighty God.
"When I am afraid, I put trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?" - Psalm 56:54
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart. I have overcome the world." - John 16:33
