Elijah?! What the hell is he doing back here again!?

"Elijah!" Rafayel laugh as the older boy tackled him to the ground, tickling him in his sides, little tears forming in the little boys eyes as he laughed and laughed "st-stop" rafayel said, giggling then elijah stopped, both of them sat down in the green fields, just watching the dawn, silence erupting between the two.
"Hey raf.. I've been meaning to tell you something for a while now.." elijah mumbled, scratching behind his neck.
"What is it" the younger boy replied curiously "i...uhm...i like you too raf.." the older boy mumbled, a light pink shading his cheeks and a darkish pink shading the younger boys cheek before speaking lowly "really? Well i...like you to eli" rafayel said, his eyes maintaining an eye contact with elijah, both their cheeks flushed with a pink shade, elijah chuckled, his hands placing his hand on rafayel's cheeks before giving him a soft peck on his lips, raf's first kiss.
Rafayel blushed even a darker shade of oink after Elijah's small peck on his lips "but we're still young. . ." Rafayel said, elijah just shrugged it off "so what if we're young? All that matters is that we'll love eachother" elijah said softly his gaze turning back to the orange skies.
"
We'll always be together forever right?, eli"
"Ofcourse, we'll always be together"
It was a lie, everything was a lie
8 months later
"Eli? How could you? You promised me that we'll always be together! Are you cheating on me? Who was she?!" Rafayel screamed, his hands landing on Elijah's cheeks making it red.
"You know what raf? Yeah, i was cheating on you! I love her more than you! I lied, everything i said was a lie! I never even loved you!" Elijah hissed making rafayel stand frozen at his place, rethinking every memory memories of their fake time, every 'i love you', that's why he was being cold and distant this past five months, he was seeing someone, his very own bestfriend, elijah was cheating on him with his bestfriend.
"I was sick of this relationship anyways, you never did anything right for me." Elijah said coldly before turning his back and walking away, leaving rafayel with his thoughts.
And after that, rumors spread around their school that elijah and his bestfriend ran away and was never seen again.
He swore that he will never fall inlove again, never again.

Until he met carson.
