Alternate Universe Pt.1

Timeline: During the Kalos Crisis

Here we see Ash, and his Pokemon in restrains, and Lysandre and Alain standing below them.

"So Ash, I'm gonna use your Bond Phenomenon is service of my new world." Said Lysandre with a smirk. "You're able to gain that strength without a Keystone; purely through your bond!" He added. "When I saw that I was thrilled. Ash, you have showed that there are limitless possibilities with Pokemon still,"

"And I want that power for myself..."

Two flying insect-like devices flew up to Ash and Greninja, and red laser beams shot right at them.

Ash was fighting for his life. He was trying to keep consciousness. He couldn't even yell, or shout. Ash's Pokemon were calling out to them, trying to help them resist the pain, and the energy; but Ash's mind kept going blank, he couldn't do anything.

Alain just stood there, he didn't know what to do. His other Pokemon were only for the League, and they were taken away, with the exception of Charizard. 

"This energy is able to control Zygarde. But now Ash, now Greninja; I'm also gonna control your Bond Phenomenon...!"

"N-no way...!" Ash was able to spit out. Lysandre smirked again. "From this point on; both of you will answer to me." He tilted his his head down a bit.

Ash's Pokemon just kept calling out to their friends, non-stop. 

"Pika!"

"Vern!"

"Goodra!"

"Flame!"

Meanwhile, Alain wanted to do something...but what?... He turned to Lysandre. "Lysandre, please stop this...!" He pleaded. 

Ash and Greninja has thoughts. Thoughts that Z2 had when he got hit with the beams...

'Wait, I get what he means now...n-no, fight it...! Just give in...'

"Pikapi!!" Pikachu gave out a final call before Ash & Greninja's bodies went limp. Lysandre smirked, as he let the two down.

Ash and Greninja's eyes shot open, but they weren't themselves...at all... Their eyes were glowing bright, crimson red.

Alain was horrified. He thought his rival could resist the beams, but...like Lysandre said, it was able to control a fucking Legendary Pokemon...

Lysandre walked up to them, and placed a hand on Ash's shoulder. "Is this world perfect?"

Ash shook his head. "No. It should be remade. A world where all should live in peace..."

Alain couldn't take it anymore. So without a second thought, he threw his Pokeball in the air. "Charizard! Use Dragon Claw to free Pikachu and the rest!" The restraints of the Pokemon exploded, as Charizard used a big, green claw to destroy them.

Lysandre looked at Alain. "Alain, you really disappoint me..."

"I never wanted this, nobody wanted this...!" Alain yelled back.

Lysandre took out a Pokeball, and turned to his new puppet. "Ash, make sure my plan goes smoothly, I'll take care of this traitor..."

"Yes Lysandre." Ash nodded, and ran off.

Alain turned to Ash's Pokemon. "All of you, go after him; don't worry about me, save Ash first." The Pokemon exchanged nervous glances, and eventually nodded, and went off to where Ash and Greninja ran.
