The next few days passed in a blur of practice and camaraderie, but the air felt charged with an unspoken tension. Taesan and Leehan grew more adept at hiding their feelings, but with each playful glance and subtle touch, the risk of being discovered loomed larger.

During one practice session, Riwoo suggested a group outing to a local café. "We need a break, guys! Let's go hang out and get some desserts," he said, clapping his hands enthusiastically.

Leehan felt a flicker of anxiety at the thought of being in a public place, especially with Taesan, but he also knew it was important to keep things normal among the group. "Sounds great!" he replied, trying to mask his nerves.

Later, as they settled into the café, the group was in high spirits, laughing and teasing each other over their orders. Taesan sat next to Leehan, their knees brushing together under the table, sending a wave of warmth through Leehan.

Sungho, ever the observant one, noticed the subtle connection. "You two seem awfully cozy," he teased, nudging Jaehyun, who was sitting across from them.

Leehan's heart raced as he forced a laugh. "Just trying to keep warm. It's freezing in here!"

Jaehyun smirked, leaning back in his chair. "You sure it's not just that you're both blushing?"

Taesan chuckled, shooting Leehan a playful grin that only made him blush harder. "I think you're seeing things, guys."

As the group continued to joke and laugh, Leehan stole glances at Taesan, whose demeanor radiated confidence, but underneath it all, Leehan could sense a slight tension in his shoulders. They were walking a tightrope, and the risk of falling was higher than ever.

After finishing their desserts, Woonhak proposed a game of truth or dare once more, this time in a more relaxed setting back at the dorm. "Come on, it'll be fun! And I promise I'll make it more interesting this time," he insisted, a mischievous twinkle in his eye.

Taesan turned to Leehan, raising an eyebrow in playful challenge. "Are you up for it?"

Leehan took a deep breath, considering the implications. He knew they'd have to tread carefully. "Let's do it," he replied, adrenaline coursing through him. They could handle it together.

Back at the dorm, the atmosphere was electric with anticipation. The group settled down, everyone eager to see what would unfold. They circled up, and the game kicked off again.

As the game progressed, the dares became bolder, and the truths turned more revealing. Taesan, as always, was charmingly evasive, but when it was Leehan's turn again, he felt the pressure mounting.

"Truth or dare?" Jaehyun asked, a playful smile on his face.

"Dare," Leehan said, wanting to keep the stakes high and deflect any suspicion.

Jaehyun's grin widened. "I dare you to kiss the person to your left."

Leehan's heart raced as he turned to find Taesan beside him, his expression a mix of surprise and amusement. The air grew thick with anticipation as all eyes turned to them.

Leehan hesitated for just a moment, feeling the weight of the challenge. But with the group watching and the thrill of the dare washing over him, he leaned in, pressing his lips softly against Taesan's.

A gasp echoed from Riwoo, while Woonhak's jaw dropped in shock.Sungho was staring in silence quite shocked himself. For a heartbeat, everything felt suspended in time.

As they pulled away, Leehan's cheeks burned bright red, and he could see Taesan's grin grow wider, a sparkle of mischief dancing in his eyes. "Well, that was a surprise," he said, his voice playful yet smooth.

"Alright, alright," Sungho interrupted, trying to regain control of the game while hiding his amusement. "Now it's my turn."

But the mood had shifted. Woonhak, clearly unable to let it go, leaned closer, eyes gleaming with curiosity. "So, how did it feel? Was it everything you imagined?"

Taesan chuckled, his confidence radiating. "Just a friendly dare. Nothing more."

Leehan felt a mix of relief and apprehension. The moment had been bold, but he knew it had also fueled their friends' suspicions further.

As the night went on, the teasing continued, but a new layer of tension hung in the air. The group was more alert, their eyes glancing between Taesan and Leehan, picking up on the little things that only amplified the suspicion.

Later that night, once everyone had settled down, Taesan and Leehan found themselves alone in the common room. The weight of their friends' teasing lingered in the air.

"Do you think they suspect anything?" Leehan asked, biting his lip in concern.

Taesan leaned against the wall, arms crossed, his expression thoughtful. "They're definitely onto something. But we can play it cool. Just keep giving them the runaround."

Leehan sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I don't want to hide anymore, Taesan. It's exhausting."

Taesan stepped closer, taking Leehan's hands in his. "I get it. But right now, this is what we have to do to keep it safe. We'll figure it out, I promise."

Leehan looked into Taesan's eyes, seeing the sincerity and determination in them. "Okay. For now, we'll keep pretending."

With a quiet resolve, they settled into the familiar rhythm of their secret, knowing that they had to be careful, but also feeling that the bond they were building was worth every moment of tension.

As they leaned in for a soft kiss, the world outside faded away, and all that remained was the warmth of their connection—a whisper in the dark that no one else could understand.
