You've always felt it.

Those burning stares that linger on your pathetic figure.

The uncomfortable feeling of being watched from afar by a stranger, nonetheless. It was too odd, who of all people would do this to try and gain something from you?

The sinister crimson eyes that followed after you as you helplessly dug yourself a bigger pit in the hole. How naïve of you, trying to run away after setting the flames to stir. Even going so far that you would reach out that despicable Calvary Captain who only knows how to deceive people with his false flattery. How could you of all people, act so dumb and play with his feelings?

He loved you!

You made him feel special, so warm, and so sweet inside— You were playing with him, weren't you?

Well congrats!

You completed in doing so! Keeping him attached, clinging hip to hip, to the point where he could barely function without you. What sort of trickery had you done in order for him to get so infatuated with you? Ragnvindr impatiently ran his gloved hand through his messy locks of red hair, his crimson hues could only admire you so far away. Even though he protects Mondstadt at night, he could not help, but sought you contently alone in the nights of this quaint city.

Didn't you understand the dangers of this god forsaken city? That anyone could take advantage of your weak pathetic self? Not to mention the fact that you hung around the busiest parts at night, the Tavern. As much as he despised you being near the tavern, it eased his heart just by a margin to know that you're there still close by.

The only rather unfortunate thing is that Diluc hated you hanging there with Kaeya.

Why Kaeya of all people? Why not him? Why. Is that all he would only ask you, while you stare innocently back at him—

You wouldn't even understand his feelings.

His feelings.

They had been long gone ever since his so-called brother had came and abandoned him when his father passed away, bringing even the most ruthless blow to his injured heart. Here you were, coming along and pouring salt all over his wounds!

Why would you do this to him?

Diluc barely had been able to function when you would briefly glance his way with that cute smile of yours. It warmed his heart, placing back all the cracked pieces, giving him that hope of him being able to love once more, and yet—Here you were, being so cruel to snatch that warmth back and give it to someone else.

Someone who he knew and once betrayed the familiar bonds the two shared, someone who had abandoned him in the cold icy rain that trickled down his face as he used the same weapon to angrily fight against his adopted brother.

Was it funny to fall in love with someone you had met by an odd chance?

It was rather the unfortunate timing for Diluc.

He was dying, he could remember when he first met you.

Taking care of his wounds for a week while he was delirious from being ambushed by the Fatui. Those despicable Fatui and their wicked ways had him losing someone close to the male. He had a very good lead, but it seemed it was a trap that set to bait him.

Could you even remember him properly? It was dark and he had left during the night, so imagine your disappointment when the patient you had been caring for, had suddenly left! Well, they must have had something important to do and of course, how could you ever question or invade your patient's privacy.
