Chapter 1 : Isabelle's Pov

Do I have an obsession or am I just very, very intrigued .... I, Isabelle have made it my sole purpose to find what people call the "Progeniti", let me explain why. Long ago before all of the mythical creatures such as vampires, fae, werewolves and witches even existed there was something called Progeniti .

The Progeniti are like the original rulers of each mythical realm, but none of them ruled the human realm. So, they were four sisters chosen to rule and keep the balance of nature. Why they were chosen I really, really do not know. But let me explain why these "girls" are so special, so all of them possess powers, like really, really strong powers. So let me fill you in .... Queen Freya of Lunaris has ice powers and can control water and she rules every sea creature that there is, Queen Porticia of Azurethia has fire powers, Queen Iritzia of Verdentia can control nature and plants. But then there is Queen Trinity of Nemororsa . Now she is really strong, I mean she possesses all of the above which made her extremely strong, and important.

But what can I say is that I am a very nosy person, so when I did my research and found out that they are real I became very much obsessed.

And being the President's daughter has a lot of perks, such as I can get all of the information that your ordinary person doesn't have access to, not that I am aloud to use our systems since my dad doesn't think that it is something that a girl should do or whatever that is supposed to mean . But , when I found out about them, my first instinct was to tell all of my friends, only the close ones . And to say they were shocked is an understatement since everyone just thought they were a myth, mainly because we did not know that there was something such as other realms, but also because they don't live in our realm but the supernatural realm. So none of us or I doubt anyone has ever even seen them with our own eyes.

Now this is the tricky part because the four sisters created two realms which were the human realm and the supernatural realm, which is where all of the vampires and shit live. But me? I live in the human realm and that is a big problem because one I am not a human and two I am always the center of attention because I am my fathers only daughter, and people might start to find out once I am of age which means that I will only get stronger from here, because well we all know who my father is and lastly there is a shield that separates the two realms and its made from the strongest magic...and that makes it almost impossible to get access to their realm. But take note of the part where I mentioned almost , because there is a way to get there . But that means that I have to go to this guy called Aires Brownstone and ask him for help... and he is , well I don't know I just don't like him, but he is really greedy and will make me pay a lot of money since we have been sworn enemies for as long as I can remember. And trust me I have tried to find another way, but he is genuinely the only solution since, well he is a very strong witch.

Now that I have just given everyone a brief history lesson let's get on with it shall we, so I am currently in my bedroom going through my plan with the team, in other words my friends but team sounds more professional, and explaining that we need to meet up with Aires at the location that he has provided so that he can take us to the shield. And might I just add, not everyone is not on the same page, because everyone is silently muttering all sorts of foul words since none of us want anything to do with him.

Sam " I know that we all want some answers and want to see if this all is real but isn't this little adventure uhm I don't know a bit more dangerous than what we are used to? Oh, and how exactly do you plan on doing this , because your parents will immediately know if you are gone, and how are you going to get past your security?" he points to me.

Jenna (she is Sam's sister and my best friend) " Yeah how exactly do you plan on doing this, and I am not stating that I agree with Sam but only because you are constantly monitored. But also Sam you need to know that you and all of us have signed up for this and that this is our only option."

Okay so maybe they both have a valid point and maybe the only arguments taking place is the ones inside of me. I mean I have absolutely no idea if this is going to work, I have never seen one of the other realms creatures and there is no way that we are going to be receiving a warm welcome from the other realms leaders once we even get there. But we really do have no other choice since we all are literally outcasts . But we cant just go walking out of here because my parents will immediately know if I am gone, and they are kind of extremely overprotective. Like they have four personal security guards on me at all times, and I don't really know why. I mean there has never been a threat to me, like no one has ever tried to harm me in any way.

But if we don't do this then we are going to get killed by humans once we slip up and reveal that we are not humans, and I need answers to why I am the only supernatural in my family, I mean it does not make any sense at all. And if we slip up, if I slip up then my family's reputation will be ruined, and I refuse to allow that. And I don't know if they are actually my real parents like I have asked my parents once if I am adopted and they said no. But I only half believe them, I mean I need to know and see for myself some sort of proof and the progenity can give me the answers I need.

And that is the only reason why I had to agree with Jenna on this one " Sam she is right we all knew just how dangerous this was, but we don't have a choice now do we. It's either we go to the realm where we are supposed to be or get killed because we can't hide it forever. And I have somewhat of a plan, we have to climb out of the window and run as fast as we can to the car, so my guards don't see us ."

Victoria " alright since we all have raised our opinions and concerns can we please go, we are really wasting time. The guards almost change shifts and then we are going to be dealing with more aware guards".

And just like that Victoria, the only one who can ever; convinced us all to climb out of the window and get our asses in the car and go to Aires.

As soon as our feet met the ground sirens rang, and that is quite fast like I thought we would at least get ten minutes or so. But we all ran, and by ran to the car I mean we ran so fast that if my parents saw me they would not be mad at me, they would just sign me up for the Olympics.

The car ride was long and very cramped but we played some music so that made it better. We have been driving on a dirt road in the woods for I think ten minutes. I know that we are close to where we are supposed to meet Aires since the GPS says that it is about ten more minutes away. 

The bumpy drive thankfully came to a halt as we parked the car,  we have just made it to what seems to be a random dump in the middle of the woods. My hands fumbled a bit as I grabbed hold of the door handle and the moment it opened, I was greeted with the smell of humid stench. The stench was not even the worst of it... this place was really creepy. There was no one near us in miles and miles and we are surrounded by acres and acres of woodland . Why couldn't we just meet at his house or something, like really?

I am not a huge fan of the woods and if I am being honest it scares the living shit out of me, and I'm pretty sure that Aires actually knows that, I mean everyone does.

The breeze was the only sound echoing through the trees as no one spoke. We just awkwardly stood around the car and waited for someone to say something. I felt how Sam's presence engulfed mine as he walked over to me and stood closely, like he is trying to protect me.
