Blood Bound Friends

Chapter 1 - New Students

Five students walked their normal route to school chatting amongst themselves.

"I heard there's a new student coming! Have any of you heard anything about him?!" Usagi squealed twirling around the group as they laughed.

"I heard he was hot. Hot. Hot~!" Subarashi said with a pose each time he said the word 'hot'.

"You're such a weirdo!" Wakizashi shouted hitting her younger brothers back of head. Subarashi nearly fell forward.

"You two, can't we have one day without you obnoxious siblings causing a nuclear war?" Kyoukasho sighed pushing him back to his older sister.
"We do not cause nuclear wars!" Both shouted together then growling at each other and snapping once again.

"I-I think you should listen to Kyoukasho guys...! F-For the sake of your family...!" The small voice of Tori squeaked. Subarashi stuck his tongue out at the blue-haired boy over the shoulder of his purple-haired older sibling.

"I'm going to be the first to introduce myself! So no one introduce themselves before me!" The pink-haired girl smiled still twirling and laughing.

"What a bother..." The pink and blue-haired girl sighed smiling from her dark small glasses.

"Promise~?" The happy girl asked holding out her pinkie finger for everyone to grab with theirs. They all stopped a smiled holding onto her pinkie.

"Promise~!" They all chanted together smiling and laughing.

At school the five friends sat down in their small circle near the windows and an empty seat next to Usagi right by the window in the corner was empty. Usagi smiled excited tapping on her desk as she waited for the new student to arrive.

"Okay students, we have a new student arriving today I wish all of you to greet him nicely," the teacher said with a bright smile "you may come in now." A male student walked in with a purple eye and blood red hair. His right eye was covered by a black eyepatch that you would usually see on a pirate. He stepped onto the teachers small stage-like place where the teacher would write things on the chalk board.

All the students gasped at the sight of him, "I knew he was hot," Subarashi whispered to himself then Wakizashi kicked him while she was blushing herself at the sight of him. Usagi smiled widely as her eyes widened as well excited like she was part of some sort of shoujo manga or something. Tori's eyes were sparkling as he looked at him. Kyoukasho was staring at him from behind her book without expression but inside she may feel something. Overall, they were all glued to him and blushing. "Will you introduce yourself?" The teacher asked smiling as he wrote 'Zugaikotsu Akuma' on the board. He turned around once he was done and smiled brightly. Instantly everyone became dark red.

"Hello everyone, I'm Zugaikotsu Akuma. I value art and music, I'm the current Earl of the 'Dancing with The Devil' company. I'll be looking forward to working and socializing with you all." The red-haired boy smiled and in Usagi's mind he looked right at her the whole time. "Okay, Zugaikotsu-sama you can sit next to Koisuru-sama." The teacher said pointing to the empty seat next to Usagi. Akuma smiled at Usagi and nodded at the teacher and sat down.

The class began and everyone's eyes were glued on the new student, either they thought he was weird or were crushing on him. Usagi wrote something on a little note and threw it at the new student. It hit the side of his head landing right in front of him, he turned to her confused why she interrupted his notes.

"Hey!" Akuma whispered. She hid her blushing face and he called again, "Hey, you!" Usagi trembled trying her best not to turn. Akuma sighed and turned back to the note and opened it:

Hi New student!
Welcome to Yoshiki High School! If you need anything at all you can come to me or my friends!
Sincerely, Your new BFF!
(P.S. My name is Koisuru Usagi >w<)

Akuma laughed at the sweet little note a wrote one back and threw it at her head. She looked at the note now in front of her face and quickly opened it without hesitation:

Hi Usagi!
I'll be sure to come to you (and your friends) in case you need anything.
Thanks! Your new BFF!
(P.S. Can I sit with you an your friends at lunch please?)

Usagi darkly blushed the whole rest of class as the rest of the group watched him without him knowing. At the end of class, four of the five friends walked out. Then immediately remembered a certain member. The four friends begun freaking out thinking something happened to their precious happy friend, dealing with a certain new student.

"Guys~!" Usagi called from the other side of the hallway. The four quickly ran over hugging the happy pink. The new student standing behind the group blank and lonely sadly. Usagi turned to the sad student and locked arms with him smiling, "You all know the new student right?!" They all nodded confused nevertheless she continued, "Well I had to give him a small tour! Also~ I invited him into our group."

They all went blank and stared at the eyepatch wearing boy and Kyoukasho smiled keeping in a laugh. All they're eyes widened even Usagi's as Kyoukasho laughed finally. Then Akuma laughed with her and everyone stared at them surprised and confused. "You're Sumato Kyoukasho of the 'Infamous Company' correct?" Akuma laughed shaking Kyoukasho's hand laughing as well. "Yes, and what is an Earl of your business doing in a school like this?" Kyoukasho laughed. "I would be asking the same thing!" He replied as they both laughed. Everyone's eyes widened, Kyoukasho never acted like this before! Could it be a crush or just greed?!

"Well actually I'm getting sick of going to those rich private schools and getting taken advantage of," Akuma laughed blushing a bit causing everyone to blush as well. "Well Akuma!" Subarashi said placing his arm around the red-haired boy, "Welcome to the amazing group of Goshuujin Subarashi~!"

"Oh, does your family own a company as well?" Akuma asked nervous that he doesn't know about his company.

"No," Wakizashi said stepping up blushing, "we don't have a company!" Wakizashi smacked the back of Subarashi's head. "Hey! Just because I'm a couple months younger doesn't mean you can boss me around Wakizashi!" Subarashi yelled slapping her. "I can when you deserve it idiot!" Instantly she tackled him as the rest watched and slowly laughed nervous.

"Those are the siblings of war, Goshuujin Wakizashi and Subarashi..." Kyoukasho said laughing nervously. "I see," Akuma laughed. The quiet blue-haired boy stayed silent and behind shy around the new student. Not because he's plain shy but because he doesn't know how to address someone like him since he doesn't know Akuma's sexual preference. "Hey, who are you?" Akuma laughed smiling in front of Tori.

"A-Ah-... Shai Tori... S-Sir!" Tori stuttered red-faced. Akuma stared at him blankly for a couple seconds then laughed. "You don't have to address me like that!" Tori blushed even more and covered his face with his sleeved hands.

"And you already know us," Usagi and Kyoukasho said together. The siblings were still fighting and tumbling and Akuma sighed and walked over without them knowing. He pushed them away from each other launching them onto the walls his hair covering his eyepatch and eye. Everyone gasped and stared, as the student stood between the siblings with his arm out between them. "Wow, how childish..." Akuma sighed.

"Childish you-!" Wakizashi said about to get up.

"Yes very childish you shouldn't hit your younger sibling because you think he deserves it," Akuma interrupted angry.

"Yeah-!" Subarashi agreed.

"And you shouldn't try to set off your elder sibling, you two should be happy you have each other," Akuma interrupted again and smiled sadly looking down, "you have a family bound. It's good."

Everyone stood in silence. No one knew what to say or do but stare. The red finally made a move and turned to the siblings and his new group and smiled nicely. He then walked off as the crowd separated away from him.

"He's weird..." Another student whispered to the group and they all just stared in the direction of the new students pathway as the other students stared at them.

"Yeah... He is..." Usagi answered as they all slightly blushed.
