Journal #11. July 7, 2015
Dear diary,
Today has been exhausting. My mother woke me up way earlier than I wanted to be to finish the Marley twist (they're so little they could be passed off as Senegalese twist). My dad interrupts me reading my college letters to tell me more bull that I don't want to hear. He feels that I should only chase money and not to listen to "fools" who tell me otherwise. Also that I am a 14 year old (I'm not though... So yeah) that knows nothing about the outside world. First of all... Actually no. I'm not going to rant tonight because I want enough energy to read Paper Towns. Although, all I will say is that I can't wait to prove him wrong. Let me end on that note. Short and sweet right?
Sincerely,
Alondra Key

Non-FictionI'm sitting here in my bed frustrated because I recently realized that the jacked up world I live in can't be changed by me. Although, ranting about it in my journal seems to help. So to get a taste of what I mean, here is a little part of my day.
