𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 | 𝐉𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐍 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐎𝐍

𝟎𝟏. 𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐃𝐀𝐘

𝐄𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐒 could not be more bored than they are right now. a few hours ago emma made her way to the walton residence, which wasn't hard at all because surprisingly, their houses are right next to each other. as always, the problem seems to be that after talking for so long they tend to get bored, each one of them scrolling through tiktok and answering snapchat streaks.

"can we please do something?" emma whines like a child after throwing her phone on javon's bed "like what?" jaden asks annoyed "literally anything, you guys always invite me over just to end up glued to our phones." "correction, you invite yourself over." javon jokingly says and emma throws a small pillow at him while he laughs.

"let's bake!" emma says excited and the twins groan "you always end up telling us to fuck off cause we can't bake anything right." javon complains and she dramatically gasps "i do not! i just nicely give you guys some tips to improve your baking." she tries to defend herself "yeah right." jaden says while still glued to his phone.

"come ooooon i wanna do something, wanna? please?" emma says, trying to convince javon since he's always the nicest one and, maybe she'd like to think he has a soft spot for her. "i don't really have any ideas em, sorry." javon says disappointingly and she huffs "i dont knowww maybe like... the pool? is it clean?" "of course it's clean dumbass." jaden says while rolling his eyes "then let's get in the pool!" she says while standing up inmediately.

"now?" jaden whines "duh, come on get off your asses." emma says while clapping her hands, signaling for the twins to get up quickly "i'm gonna go to jayla's room and ask her for a swimsuit" the girl says before getting out of javon's room.

"you could at least try to hide how in love with her you are, y'know?" jaden says to his brother while sitting up on the bed "shut up." javon responds as he rolls his eyes "i'm serious bro! it can be seen from miles away, i don't know how she hasn't realized yet." jaden chuckles.

"hey cookie." emma greets jayla as she gets in the older girl's room "oh hi em." jayla says with a small smile "the twins and i are gonna get in the pool, you wanna come?" emma says as she sits down by the edge of jayla's bed "sure, you wanna borrow a swimsuit?" jayla asks as she goes over to her closet "please." emma smiles softly and goes over to jayla "just give me anything, as long as i can swim with it i'm good."

the two girls make their way downstairs, making a turn to the kitchen to grab water bottles "oh wait, maybe daelo will want to come too." emma remembers the little boy, she sometimes thinks he feels excluded, being the youngest one, so she tries to include him as much as she can. "i'll go get him, be right back." she says as she makes her way back upstairs while jayla goes outside to the pool where the twins are.

"hey bud, wanna get in the pool with us?" emma asks daelo as she gets in his room "now?" "yeah." "aw man, i'm doing math homework." emma chuckles and lowers her voice even though nobody can actually hear them "alright if you don't tell anyone i'll do it for you, but only if you come with us." "really?!" the boy asks excited "but it's our secret, deal?" "deal!" he says and inmediately drops his pencil, going over to his closet to get some swim trunks "alright i'll be waiting at the pool." she says before making her way back downstairs.

as emma gets outside, she doesn't realize javon running behind her and pushing her into the pool. the girl inmediately screams, not having expected something like that, and once she sticks her head out from the water she realizes it was javon (and of course there is the tiniest bit of blush on her cheeks) "javon! what the fuck!" she complains as the guy is laughing uncontrollably next to the pool "you should've seen your face!" he keeps laughing "not funny! at all." she says while getting out of the water. sure, she did have jayla's swimsuit under her clothes but now her shorts are all wet, same as her top.

"i'm literally gonna leave my wet clothes on your bed so you get sick walton." the girl says as she takes off her clothes, leaving her in a black bikini, and maybe, just maybe, she hopes javon's watching her.

javon, still laughing, grabs a towel that was next to jaden and hands it to emma "here, wouldn't want you getting sick." he says "shouldn't have thrown me in the pool then." she rolls her eyes and he chuckles, his cheeky smile making emma blush, once again. "could you two go flirt somewhere else? i'm trying to tan." jayla says, not even looking at the pair and emma's cheek burn with a maroon color "we are not flirting! we're fighting." "yeah right." jaden says from the pool "is that why you're blushing like crazy emma? cause you two are fighting?" he chuckles.

javon puts his arm around emma's shoulder "leave her alone, assholes." he smirks and emma swears she can feel her legs giving up. daelo comes running into the pool and quickly dives in, not even bothering to check how cold it is. the little boy splashes emma, javon and jayla, and even jaden who is inside of the pool. "calm down d!" emma giggles, trying to ignore the feeling of javon's muscular arm around her.

after having an amazing time, emma took a shower in jayla's bathroom and put on some of her shorts and an old shirt before making her way to javon's room, where she has the things she brought with her.

she knocks on his door and after she hears "come in!" she opens it. "i'm gonna go home, see you tomorrow?" she says while grabbing her phone charger and backpack. "you're gonna go home with wet hair and wearing only that? you're gonna get sick" javon says as he pulls out a hoodie from his closet "take this" "what? no, i literally live right next door, walking 10 steps with wet hair isn't gonna kill me" she says, not accepting the hoodie, mainly because she knows it'll smell like him and she isn't gonna be able to take it without smelling it like a psycho. "emma. put it on." javon says seriously and she rolls her eyes before taking the hoodie. "fineee." she puts it on "happy?" "very." she smiles shyly "okay i'm gonna go now" "aight, see you tomorrow" "byeee" she says before leaving his room.

after saying goodbye to every single one of the waltons, and taking daelo's homework home since she promised she'd do it for him, emma makes her way to her house, walking a very short distance before getting to it and going to her bedroom. once she gets there, she throws herself on the bed and can't help but smell javon's hoodie and smile like crazy. she really is in love.
