THE TRUE REASON Mikaela Albarn is yet to release the remaining song titles is because she doesn't have the songs yet.

The day which she never foresaw, her lyrical brain has run dry. Whenever she gets her trusty note pad out to right down lyrics, they begin sounding tacky to her, prompting her to rip the page out and crumple the paper into a tiny ball, chucking it into the bin in her apartment, which is now full of enough paper to rebuild a forest.

But, overworking herself is a speciality for Mikey, so no matter how much she fails to piece together the words on the page and ultimately failing to do so, she grabs another pad of her notebook and begins to scribble down words yet again.

Although there is no set release date for her album, the girl feels as if there is a ticking time bomb stuck to her back, as if she owes it to everyone to keep teasing tracks for it, despite it being no where near done.

A break was just what she needed, and thankfully, after announcing that there is indeed a new album in the works to the world, Mikey's best friends, Deena Fredrick and Eleanor Gallentree, had booked just that. After a night of drinking, the pair announced that they had spontaneously booked a flight to Dublin, Ireland, and that they won't accept no for an answer.

After a few protests from Mikey, claiming that she should be spending her time on finishing the album rather than getting drunk in the streets of Dublin, she ended up giving in.

It was only for a day after all, leaving her with plenty of time to waste away in her apartment, hunched over her coffee table and drinking her 100th can of coconut red bull to keep her eyelids from falling shut, and every so often springing up and grabbing her phone to record her humming a tune she came up with.

While packing, Deena had officially banned Mikaela from bringing her notepad with her.

"But what if i come up with something when we're gone? I'll have nothing to write it down on!" Mikey exclaims, reaching out to try and grab the run down book from her friend's grasp.

Deena is quick to move her hand away, along with the book, holding it out of Mikey's reach. "Nope, Mikey, you do know what a break means, don't you?" Deena asks, her lips forming a line. "In Mikaela Albarn talk, it means no song writing, no... tune making or whatever you call it, it means you're gonna spend some quality time with your best friends getting absolutely mortal, okay?"

The door to my apartment's bedroom is pushed open, revealing Eleanor, a look of confusion spread across the red heads features as she looks between the pair. "What's going on?" She asks before her eyes clasp onto the notepad in Deena's grip, a groan immediately leaving her lips. "No, Mikey. That thing is not coming with us."

"You guys are so annoying, i swear, if i come up with something while we are gone, i'll castrate you both."

Eleanor laughs softly. "You'll have a bit of trouble with that cause-"

"My dick's too big."

"We have fannys."

They red head and brunette say in sync with eachother, making a laugh spew from Mikaela's lips, soon followed by a groan, slinging her head back causing her unruly blonde hair to fall down her back. She looks back up at them, rolling her eyes before speaking. "Fine, i'll leave it."

"We weren't giving you a choice anyway."

"Plus, i very much doubt you'll find your new muse for your music when we are off our heads wandering around fucking Dublin."

It soon came that the three were at Heathrow airport, practically dressed in pyjamas, which was something Mickey soon came to regret at she kept seeing people sneakily snapping pictures of her from the corner of her eye along with people coming up to her for a selfie.

But when she was squished in an economy flight to Dublin, she thanked her past self and friends for agreeing to choose comfort over beauty when they decided to go wearing matching pyjama pants, Mikey in Spider-Man, Deena in Batman and Eleanor in Hello Kitty, grateful for the small amount of comfiness she has when being pressed up against the plane window beside her friends.

Although practically laying against it, the views from the plane window were gorgeous, especially now that the sun is rising over their 6AM flight. The view even sprouted a few lyrics into her mind, which she sneakily wrote down in her notes app.
