Chapter 7: Adam's missing part 1.

Adam woke up that morning feeling depressed and told Hank he's not going to be coming in to work today. He woke up feeling depressed and wanted to be left alone today.

Adam ate some breakfast, which was cereal and toast and doing the dishes after eating.

Adam then turned on the TV and watched TV, and his thoughts are now calming down.

Adam decided to get dressed in a red sweatshirt and red sweatpants and red tennis shoes and decided to go on a run.

What he didn't know was that someone he knew and trusted was going to kinapp him.

Zilpah Halstead was also running because she knew Adam was struggling to get help, and she planned on using it against him.

But for now, she had to play nice with him.

Zilpah ran up to Adam and said," Hi, Adam. How are you? Want to hang out with me?

Adam said," I'm ok, and yes, I would love to hang out with you. Want to get breakfast?

Zilpah said," Sure, want to go to Jay's Cafe?

Adam said," ok. Hyacinth owns it, right? And she named it after Jay, yall's brother.

Zilpah said," Yes, Hyacinth owns the Cafe. And yes, she did name it after our brother.

Adam said," Sounds good to me, Zilpah.

Both finished their run and headed to their respective Cars and drove to the cafe.

They headed inside the restaurant together, and Aubrey immediately recognized them.

Aubrey led them to a pair of booths in the back and hands them their meun and leaves the pair, and she heads back to the kitchen.

Adam said," I'm getting a BLT with fries.

Zilpah said," Funny, I'm getting the same thing. What are you getting to drink, Adam?

Adam said," I'm getting an Arnold Palmer.

Zilpah said," I'm getting a coke to drink.

Aubrey came to their table and asked," What can I get you 2 to eat drink today?

Zilpah said," Can I get a BLT with fries and Coke to drink, please? And thank you.

Aubrey said," Sure. What about you, sir?

Adam said," Can I get a BLT with fries and An Arnold Palmer to drink, please?  and thank you?

Aubrey said," Sure, 2 BLTs coming up.

Aubrey returned to the kitchen with their orders for their food and drinks for them.

Adam went to the bathroom to wash his face, and Zilpah took this time to put a sleeping pill inside Adam's Arnold Palmer and stirred it around so He wouldn't know.

Adam came back from the bathroom and sat down, and Aubrey came carrying their food.

Zilap ate her lunch, and once she finished eating lunch, she drank her coke.

Adam ate his lunch, and once he finished eating lunch, he drank his Arnold Palmer.

The sleeping pill began to take effect, and Adam paid the bill and headed to his car.

Zilpah and Adam drove to their respective houses and headed inside to relax for a bit.

Zilpah knocked on the door, and Adam opened it before falling asleep in her arms.

Zilpah carries Adam to her car and drove them to her friend Amber's house that night.

Amber Atwater took Adam from her grip and placed Adam in a room with no lights.

The whole room had no windows either, so It was the perfect place to put Adam Ruzek.
