The night was quiet and still, the perfect time for a cat like Whisper to prowl. He silently padded through the yard, his sleek white fur blending seamlessly with the shadows. From a distance, he might have looked like a ghost gliding through the darkness. He stopped suddenly, his ears pricked forwards as he heard something in the distance. It was a faint sound, barely discernible even to his keen senses. But Whisper was always curious, and he couldn't resist investigating. He crept closer to the source of the noise, his eyes scanning the shadows for any sign of movement then he was tacked by a black cat it was his best friend

Luna what did I tell you about sneaking up on me?! Whisper snapped Luna looked down I just wanted to scare you luna said nervously she's such a idiot sometimes whisper thought

Whisper huffed and swished his tail in annoyance. "You always do this, Luna," he said, his voice still quiet and level. "One day, I'm going to get you back for it."
Luna just laughed and bounded away, her black fur vanishing into the shadows. Whisper watched her go, shaking his head in resignation. "Why do I put up with her?" he muttered to himself.
Just then, he heard another sound in the distance. This time, it was louder and more distinct. It sounded like a distressed meow.he jumped over his fence and ran a few houses down and saw his sister one of her kits were badly hurt

How did this happen he said to his sister the white cat sniffled hee blue eyes filled with sorrow she spoke in a sad tone my..my kits were playing outside and a animal mist of attacked Mille while I was gone

Whisper's ears flattened against his head as he listened to his sister's explanation. He could sense her distress and pain, and it made his heart ache.
"What animal was it?" he asked, his voice soft and concerned.
His sister shook her head, her eyes filling with tears. "I don't know," she muttered. "It all happened so fast, I didn't get a good look. But I heard a loud screech, and then I saw Mille lying on the ground, bleeding and crying."

I'll find out who did this just take her inside your house your owners will help her I'm sure of it  as whisper walked away he kept thinking who would have hurt her?
I'll have to find  out but first I need some sleep

Whisper's mind was racing as he padded back home. He couldn't shake the thought of his sister's hurt kit and the mysterious animal that had attacked her. He knew he had to find out who was responsible, but right now, he needed rest.

As he entered his house, he flopped down onto his favourite spot on the carpet and closed his eyes. But his mind was too restless to sleep, and he found himself tossing and turning all night.

Finally, as the first light of dawn crept through the curtains, Whisper gave up on sleep. He sat upright and stretched his tired limbs, determined to start his investigation. He padded silently out of the house and sniffed the air, trying to pick up any faint scents that might lead him to the culprit.

Whisper mumbled no scent he looked at a puddle of water and and swiped it with his paw and ran off mad

Whisper let out a frustrated hiss as he examined the puddle. No scents, nothing to go on. He had hoped for something, anything to steer him in the right direction. But there was emptiness.

With anger and determination burning within him, Whisper shot off, moving quickly and stealthily through the neighbourhood.

The air was crisp and cool as he ran, his paws carrying him down the familiar streets. The neighbourhood was just beginning to wake, with a few of the houses already showing signs of life. Whisper avoided those homes, not wanting to risk being seen by curious humans.

Luna hopped from her fence the pretty black cat looked at him and spoke and if it isn't my favorite albino cat she purred

Whisper rolled his eyes and scowled at his friend. "Yeah, yeah, very funny," he muttered. He didn't want to admit it, but he was relieved to see Luna's familiar face. He always thought that Luna was a pretty cat he almost started purring at the thought then he shakes  his head DONT THINK OF THAT IM SUPPOSED TO BE FINDING OUT WHO  HURT MILLIE

Whisper quickly shook the unwanted thoughts from his mind. He had a mission to focus on, a sister's hurt kit to avenge. He couldn't be distracted by silly things like calling his friend pretty.

"Listen," he said, looking at Luna sternly. "I have something important to do. I need to find out who attacked my sister's kit."

Luna purred I can help Whisper was surprised by Luna's offer of help. She was known for being aloof and a bit carefree, not exactly the type to get involved in serious matters.

"You want to help me?" he questioned, raising an eyebrow. Luna licked her paw and groomed herself, looking nonchalant. "Yeah, why not?" she said. "I mean, I'm bored, and I like a good mystery. Plus, it'd be fun to play detective with my best pal."Whisper couldn't help but feel a pang of affection for his friend's seemingly easy-going attitude. Although he was used to going solo, having Luna by his side might not be too bad.

"Alright," he conceded. "You can help. But you have to take this seriously, okay? This isn't a game. A kit was hurt, and I need to find the culprit."Luna nodded, her playful expression suddenly turning serious. "I know, Whisper. I promise I'll take this seriously. We'll find who did this together." After a whole day of searching Luna meowed to whisper that she smelled a raccoon Whisper perked up at Luna's words, his ears twitching as he tuned in to her senses.

"A raccoon, huh?" he mumbled, his expression sharp. He had caught a whiff of the creature's stink now too, confirming Luna was right.
