Brandons pov
Its been two weeks since I saw the mystery girl and I just can't seems to get her off my mind. I know I don't know her but I would love to, I mean I can tell there is a story behind those beautiful,innocent brown eyes and that smile, damn that smile just remembering it has me blushing and it shouldn't. trying to block my mind off her I shook my head as if that could work. I looked over to my clock and realized it was now 5;00pm and am taking Shanice out at 7 might as well take go and take a shower now. I turned off my computer and jumped off my bed. My suit was brought in by the maid a few minutes ago and everything seems to be ready.
I went and took a really long shower and when I was done it was already 5:25 and when am done dressed it was about 5:55, I looked at my watch and thought to myself perfect timing. I took my car keys off my table and ran downstairs
"Hey Anya have you seen my uncle?"I asked our maid and family friend.She's been working here since I was five and I have grown to love her like a aunt.
"Sorry hon but you just missed him." He said that he's gonna be working late and my shift is almost over." "Do you want me to heat up your dinner before I leave?"
"No thanks Anya am going out for dinner with Shanice tonight."I told her
"Oh Shanice, well you guys have fun and dont forget to use protection." Anya Said with a smirk on her face then coming towards me anf fixing my tie."There, now you look a dreamboat"
"Thanks Anya" I said with a smile
"You have your keys right?"Anya asked me.
"Yes Anya, do you have yours?" I asked lifting a brow knowing that its around her neck as always.
"Ummmm its somewhere around here." She said looking around the kitchen and I couldn't help but laugh, because its always around her neck but she keeps on forgetting.
"Its around your neck Anya, now let's go if you want me drop you home or do you want take the family car?"
"Drop me home please"she said with a smile walking out the kitchen and me following behind her.
After I dropped Anya home it was now 6:35 and I would go pick up Shanice but she said she would meet me at the restaurant so I drove str aight there instead.
It was 7:05 when I reached to the restaurant and wasn't at all surprised to see Shanice on her phone.
"Hey babe " I greeted her with a kiss in the cheek and took my seat. We talked for a while and ordered dinner and the rest of that was a blur. By the end of the night Shanice was naked in my bed fast asleeep.
It was about 3 am and I couldn't sleep. it just doesn't feel right with Shanice anymore, and for the rest of the morning all I could do was think.
About us, what we are and what we were and alot keeps going though my mind.
It was now 5:30 and I decide go take a shower then breakfast for Shanice since Anya got the day off .
By 7:45 Shanice came down wearing one of my long sleeved shirt and looking beautiful.
I wonder if she knows that when she knows that she looks a whole lot better with no makeup on.
"Good morning handsome!" She said playfully as she came into tge kitchen.
"Good morning , I made you breakfast" I told her as she sat around the island on stool.
As I put the dishes on the table with eggs, bacon pancakes , whipped cream, orange juice and coffee.
"Looks delish, Brandon but I don't think am going to have time to enjoy it" She said taking a bite out of her bacon and looking down at her phone.
"look Sanice you don't have to eat the damn food but we need to talk." I said to her and she agreed.
"Ok Brandon what do you want to talk about?" She said to me.
"Us"I replied to her then waiting to see if she has anymore questions.
"Ok"She quickly said and giving me her undivided attention for the first time all morning. I wonder what she would of done without her phone. Might just go freaking crazy.
"Thank you" I told and she just nodded
"Ok look Shanice this here is on some truthful shit! Its seems like everything I do your use to it! The sex, the dates, the flowers.... everything."
"Ok Brandon so this is what its about." She said to me in a calm carefree voice.
"Yes but its not just that Shanice,people talk baby girl and amma be honest I hate hearing stories bout who you've been with.
Thats when I gotta hide what I'm feeling inside. So you still think I am confident and damn
Is this gonna last? Your up on a pedastool. Are we moving too fast? Feels Like I'm in crazy competition with the past. That's why I gotta ask....Is anything I'm doin' brand new?
"Brandon I already told you really need to stop listening to what people say."Shanice said taking back up her phone to reply to a bunch of new messages, I put my hand on hers then put down her phone.
"Shanice look this here is something personal I highly doubt this feeling is reversible Knowledge is pain Shanice and that is why it hurts to know that you atempt to hide and put mistakes aside."
"So I don't ever question you, and damn I can't even find the perfect brush so i can paint what's going through my mind"
"Racing against myself I think but I'm a couple steps behind That's why I gotta ask...Is anything I'm doing Brand New? "
"Did he take your clothes off just like I did?"
" Did he give you loving just I do?"
"Did you spend the night in his bed on the very 1st date?"

Shanice just sat there without a trace of emotion on her face, both of us just looking at each other for what seems like forever. I honestly don't think I can take this anymore, she is just standing there like a statue after all I just said. I looked down on the island infront of me with a trace of regret that we ever met......... then she held my hand and I looked up.
"Ok brandon hear me out,I know it may seems like our fire as been a little burnt out and we're both tired."
"Thats how you see it shanice"I said shaking my head
"Baby we only need to stay close and in time our sparks will fly again."
"look baby you deserve everything good that life throws at you."You were always down for me, you are my homie."
"You better believe me, I know your home boys said you should leave me."
"I Know your were tired of this bullshit, and all them People trying to get into our business ."
"Now they hate to see us last this long."
" When they see us together .... haha ,they'll probably drop down dead"
"And for all those people that thought am only with you for all your money thought they knew me at all, cause Money can't buy you happiness that's true as hell but then again happiness can't buy your ass this new SL hahaha. "

I nodded at the realization that she could be right and so loving.
"I mean alot to me Shanice"
She smiled and said "And you me, Sooooooooooo"
"So?" I asked
"So now that everything is said amma get dressed cause I have to get my ass home if amma make it to work." She said finally then kissed me on my lips before getting up.
"Ok babe"I said with a laugh
