*NEXT DAY*
I was in my room thinking about what I told Brendon, which made me feel like a total jerk!
How could have I told him that? That's such a bitchy move from my part.
I got up out of bed and went downstairs.
"Goodmorning lazy" my mom greeted me
"Good morning mom" I said grabbing a bowl and pouring cereal in it.
"So how do you like L.A so far?"
"I mean it's alright but I miss Arizona, our home." I said.
"Me too, mija. But we will be back as soon as this summer is over okay?"
"Okay" I said smiling.
Once I was done I placed my plate in the dishwasher and headed upstairs to get ready for the day.
I took a shower last night so yea.
I started with my makeup, which wasn't much. I applied mascara,blush, and of course my favorite a nude pink lipstick.
I straightened my hair out and wore it down. My natural hair is curly.
My outfit was my high waisted denim shorts, white crosse crop top, ocean blue sandals, and then I put on my beautiful ocean blue Hawaii bracelets.
I checked my phone for notifications and I had one from Instagram. I had a new follower, it was the one and only @iamfrankieg.
I automatically smiled, I don't know why tho? Maybe cause he's Becky's brother and I'm a huge fan of her.
I heard the doorbell and then my mom shouted from downstairs "Kalanih you have friends over!"
"Friends?" I asked myself
I walked downstairs and I seen Leilany and Giselle sitting in my living room carrying on a conversation with my mom. What are they doing here, is all I could ask myself.
"Oh honey, you have lovely friends. I'll let you girls talk" my mom said
"Okay mom thanks" I said
"Nice meeting you mrs.morales" Leilany said
"Yea it was really nice meeting you" Giselle added
"The pleasure is all mine" my mom said smiling
"Okay, mom bye" I said somewhat rudely
"Right, sorry bye" she said leaving.
I sat down and said "so um what are you guys doing here exactly"
"We just thought we'd take you out so that you could get to meet the town" Giselle said smiling
Gosh her smile is so perfect, how is that even possible.
"Well I mean yea, I have nothing better to do" I said nodding
"Great lego" Leilany said
"Mom I'm going out" I said
"Okay mija be back by 6:00 for dinner" my mom replied
I walked out with the girls and seen Frankie. He came up to us and gave Giselle a hug and kiss. I felt this weird rush it felt like jealousy but I don't even know Frankie so it can't be that.
"Hey Kalanih" he waved at me smiling
"Hi Frankie" I smiled
"Where are you girls going?" He asked
"We're not sure yet, but we are taking Kalanih out to get to know the town better" Leilany said
"Okay we'll have fun, bye baby" he said kissing Giselle
"Bye love" she said smiling
We got into a car which I'm guessing is Leilany's since she was the one driving.
"Okay so I think we're going to the mall first" Giselle said
"Okay cool." I said
All I was thinking about was that I should have told Vivian to come with us cause this was kinda awkward.....
We got off the car and walked in.
"Wow this mall is huge compared to Arizona's" I said looking around
Giselle giggled a little and said "yea I've heard"
We walked over to Hollister. I got two pair of jeans, 6 basic crop tops, and I also got some super cute sunglasses.
Giselle got a pair of sunglasses and 3 shorts. Leilany got a flannel and skirt.
We were walking to Zumies when Giselle said "I have to admit I love your sense of style, I could totally take some of your fashion advice"
"Me too" Leilany added
"Awe thanks guys and yea totally any day" I said letting out a small giggle.
We got to Zumies and I went straight to the Honey Brand Co.
"You like Steven Fernandez?" Leilany asked me
"Yea I mean who doesn't" I said looking at the shirts
"Frankie is friends with Steven, he could totally hook you guys up. You seem like his type" Giselle said
"Oh my god really" I said
"Mmmh" Giselle nodded her head
I got two of his shirts. & then Giselle said "I'm hungry yo"
"Same" I added
"Where you guys wanna go eat?" Leilany asked
"Let's go to chipotle" I said
"Oh my god, chipotle is life" Giselle said
Me and Leilany laughed are her comment. I have to admit these girls are pretty awesome.
We got to Chipotle & I ordered a salad, Leilany got a burrito, and Giselle got a salad as well.
We ate and made small talk. Giselle recorded mostly everything on her snapchat. These girls were funny af.
Leilany drove me back home and I said "thanks for an amazing day"
"Any time" Giselle said and Leilany waved goodbye & then they left.
I was about to walk in when I heard my cousin Vivian shout out my name "Kalanih!"
"Yea what's up" I said walking over to her
"That's pretty fucked up you know"
"What is?" I asked kinda confused
"I had a whole day planned out for us and you leave with them"
"Sorry, I didn't know vivi"
"The least you could have done is offer me to go with you guys" she spat at me
She walked inside her house and slammed the door closed.
