Bio: Byron Starr was an Actor and Dancer...of the explicit variety. He was well known in the World of "Explicit content", as well as being a very flamboyant person. He was extremely handsome, which helped his adulterous career sore. So it was devastating for him when one day after he went back behind a strip club for a smoke, some waste management thugs were dumping a barrel of Toxic ooze a few stories above him, not knowing about the Man below them. Byron screamed in agony as he ran around Nicto city as his Skin bubbled and Singed from the chemicals. He then fell into the alligator enclosure at Nicto Zoo (which was surprisingly very close to the club). He fused with one of the Reptilian Swamp Swimmers and turned into an abomination between man and Gator...Granted a handsome abomination but an abomination no less. Now with his career gone, Leatherback turns to a life of crime to earn a living.

Leatherback: "Oh...you don't like what you see? I'm hurt. How could anyone be repulsed by this?"

He flexes his muscular tail in front of me. I roll my eyes, grabs it, and fling him towards the exit. And walking out with a bounce in his step is Rudolph Rudman.

Bio: before appearing in the Real world, Rudolph was Originally a Cartoon Character from an early 30s cartoon known as "Kooky the Cat." Rudolph, or more well known at the time "Rudy Rude" served as the antagonist of the cartoon, and will always get thwarted by The Titular Feline. Cut back to present day and Rudy rude was brought from the screen to the real world after an unexplained phenomenon in the abandoned studio that created the show. Now alive and no Kooky to screw him over, Rudy, or now Rudolph Rudman takes Nicto city by storm as the new Mob boss of the town.

Rudolph: "The old Butter and Egg Man needs me? Keen, I'll be taking my Blow then."

He walks off to meet the others. I then turn my attention to the next Villain to release. After unlock his cell I push Trash Dan out.

Clothing: Backwards cap, Green overalls, black hoodie and gloves, olive boots, Green and white Body exo suit made out of scrap of a garbage truck
Weapons: his suit has several built in weapons
Powers: Suit enhancements
Crimes: theft, Grand theft auto, breaking and entering, Mugging
Prison Security level: 3
Bio: Daniel was once a college graduate with a Mechanical engineering diploma. However he wasn't able to find a job in his field since most work is done by robots. That lead to him having to settle as a Garbage Collector. He hated his job but he needed the money. Plus he was able to keep Any scraps he could find and use them to build robots and other mechanisms. But one day Nicto City's whole Disposal unit goes outta business because people have found safer and more useful ways of disposing of their waste, as well as making robots that get rid of any non recyclable waste. Now cheated out of a job twice, Daniel rips apart a Garbage truck and uses it to build a hulking machine that he can use to commit crimes.

Clothing: Full suit of knights armor, adorned with spikes, and a crest of sword with a skull hilt on his chest.
Weapons: Flaming sword, Retractable shield in his Left arm guard, a mace that replaces his left hand.
Powers: Super strength, weapon proficiency
Crimes: Theft, murder, arson, destruction of priceless artwork
Prison Security level: 3
Bio: Fredrick Polk was once a Museum custodian who had the unfortunate experience where his hand got chopped off when the axe on display fell off its broken wall stand and landed on his hand. He tried to sue the museum to pay for his medical Bills, he lost and was forced to pay them an even higher counter sue. Not only that, but he got fired from the museum after the trial. So what did he do, well turn to a life of crime of course. Stealing one of the suits of armor from the museum and Modifying it, Chainmail now looks to steal priceless artifacts and destroy them, just to spite the museum owners that wronged him.
