Pat's POV
Our island getaway continued to weave its magic. Abhishek's thoughtful gestures and surprises filled every day with love.
One morning, as we lounged on the beach, Abhishek turned to me.
"Pat, can we talk?"
"Of course," I replied.
Abhishek's expression turned serious. "I've been thinking... about our future."
My heart skipped a beat. "What about it?"
"I want to spend the rest of my life with you," Abhishek said. "I want to wake up every morning with you by my side."
Tears pricked at the corners of my eyes.
"I want that too," I whispered.
Abhishek took my hand. "I know we've faced challenges, but I'm ready to face them together."
"I am too," I said.
We shared a tender kiss.
That afternoon, Abhishek planned an island adventure.
"Ready for a thrill?" he asked.
"Always," I replied.
We embarked on a snorkeling trip to explore the island's vibrant coral reef.
As we dove into the crystal-clear waters, marine life surrounded us.
Abhishek pointed to a sea turtle swimming alongside.
"Look!" he exclaimed.
I grinned. "Magical!"
Suddenly, Abhishek grabbed my hand.
"Follow me!" he shouted.
We swam toward a hidden cave.
Inside, the water glowed with bioluminescent organisms.
"Wow!" I breathed.
Abhishek smiled. "I knew you'd love it."
We floated, hands entwined, surrounded by the ethereal glow.
As we emerged from the cave, Abhishek turned to me.
"Promise me one thing," he said.
"Anything," I replied.
"Promise me we'll face every adventure together."
"I promise," I whispered.
We sealed our vow with a kiss.
