Her Unexpected Saviour

1. Her Loss

It was the night of the Annual Knight Family Halloween Ball 2023 Siobhan had just managed to slip away from Roger when she was met with the sound of crying coming from the bathroom.

As she entered she couldn't make out who it was that was crying until she got closer. It was Janice. Janice turned around to look at the woman who had just walked in only to see that it was none other than Siobhan Serpent.

Siobhan could tell by the distraught look on Janice's face that something terrible had just happened. Janice had just found out that her beloved husband was Murdered. She felt like her whole world had just collapsed, her body trembling as she tried to explain to Siobhan what a police officer had told her over the phone just minutes prior.

Siobhan tries to comfort Janice but she has been away from Roger for too long so he's going to start getting restless and he will make her pay for not listening to his instructions. She quickly gets Janice to calm down before going back out to her boyfriend. She can feel Roger's glare burning through her skin and the closer she gets to him the more she can see his anger.

"SIOBHAN I TOLD YOU TO BE BACK IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES IT'S BEEN THIRTY" and then that's when she felt his hand come to her face with a loud slap.

She was used to his shouting but that was the first time that he had ever hit her and it most definitely wasn't going to be the last. She held her hand up to her face over the spot where he hit her holding back tears as he kept throwing insults at her.

The weeks following the ball Roger would slowly become more possessive and controlling over Siobhan but he would shower her with gifts so that she wouldn't tell anyone what was really going on in her life behind closed doors.

Janice was slowly getting over the death of her husband. She had finally come to the terms that he wasn't coming back and with his will leaving everything to her she felt more alone than ever. She had taken a few weeks off work to cope with the grief and it was now her first day back and Roger had made it Siobhan's job to make sure that she settled back in.

How we all feeling about this then? This was just an idea that came to me during a lesson and i just had to write something. This was a short introduction chapter that I may or may not choose to update. If i do choose to keep writing it expect the next part out on Friday.
