Why me? Why did that happen again? Why did I do that? Why did this happened? Why..? Why..? Why..?
These are the thoughts that go through my day all day.
WHY? WHYYY? These thoughts wake me up.
Throughout the day they become quieter. But when I go to sleep, the only thing I'm waiting for is, to fall asleep from exhaustion. Because these „whys" are haunting me.So I realized.
I live in my past. Sometimes it's a great thing, if you remember beautiful moments. But if we are honest it only happens, because we think of these moments to make ourselves sadder then we already are.What is so bad on living in the past?
What kind of question is that?
If you live in the past, you live in something that does not exist anymore. The past simply does not exist anymore. No one can turn back time. So the time is gone. If you think of your past. And dwell in these times. Then you terrorize yourself. Because the past is only in your thoughts. And if you feel so bad because of the past, then you feel unhappy because of your own thoughts.You wanna feel happy?
Live in the now! Be grateful for what you have now! Don't think of the past. Don't make yourself unhappy.
Turn your attention on positive things.
Because
ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOESWhy did the „whys" became quiete trough out the day?
While you live your day, you have things to finish, other important things to think about. You simply don't have time to live in the past because your present moment is screaming you right in your face.
So if you want to stop living in the past, then find something to work on. Find a goal. Find things that you're passionate about. Give yourselves some TO DOs.
GET YOURSELF A LIFE, that you would want to live in, in the present moment.
And then these "whys" will disappear
