Finally that photoshoot was over. What was it with Gary and Leaf? First they both give me identical cold glares and now they had the same smirk all over their face.
Man, I'm starved I moaned.
Shut up Paul said as he passed me on the way to the limo. The boys seemed grumpy and Drew just didn't seem to care. On the limo I sat next to Leaf and Paul but both of them didn't say a word. Man these guys were really quiet. I was fuming because Drew was sitting next to Misty and he ignored her presence the whole time. I mean Misty is obviously the best member so why ignore her you know?
So where we going? I asked.
A restaurant Leaf said. I think that was the first time I heard her speak on the limo for the first time. She glanced at Misty then smirked again.
Shut up Leaf or I'll punch your face in! Misty whisper-yelled.
Oh really? Leaf snickered. Something about her cold presence made me terrified. Dawn looked like she was about to explode with laughter. Man these girls were really confusing. Leaf looked at her phone then started texting really fast.
Who are you texting? I asked.
May Leaf murmured. Drew twitched at her name, but nobody noticed.
Oh yeah, where did she go? I pestered.
She had her music video schedule. But now May says she's waiting for us at the restaurant Leaf muttered.
We're here Dawn squealed. When we walked into the restaurant, a table for eight was ready. May was already sitting on her seat and she looked up when we arrived.
Hey you guys May greeted. I sighed, out of all The Eeveelutions, May seemed the friendliest. We looked at our table setting and I sat on a chair next to Drew and.....MISTY. Drew sat next to May. Gary was next to Leaf and Dawn with Paul squished next to Dawn. I gulped this was going to be one weird dinner. When the food finally came, dinner was delicious. Not that many people said that much though. Dawn seemed to have no interest in Paul while Leaf looked unsure what to do. I didn't dare look at Misty, but May seemed to not mind sitting next to Drew. Unlike Drew who looked VERY uncomfortable. Gary just talked to Dawn about his grandfather, Professor Oak and Leaf talked to Misty. I just stuffed my face so I wouldn't have to talk.
So Ash what kind of pokemon do you train or do you not have a type? May asked. She looked across Drew and gave me a friendly smile.
Uhhhh... I don't really have a type. I answered.
Drew says your really strong, I would like to battle against you someday May said and she gave me another smile. I glanced at Drew who shrugged. When did they patch things up?
Me too! I'm totally gonna get the Eevee badge I said.
Is that so? Leaf asked. She glanced at May who just giggled.
I wanna fight Ash, Leaf May said.
Oh, why? Leaf seemed to enjoy this.
It doesn't matter though, right? Dawn squeaked, You always have May fight the idiots. Leaf you like to battle more hard-core challengers.
That is true Leaf agreed.
Who are you calling an idiot! I fumed. They all laughed including Misty. My heart thumped at her beautiful laugh.
