aurora rushed to her house with her bag of her dress in her hand.

"sorry mom i was with the pogues i'll go take a shower now" she speaks clearly out of breath from running so much. she takes a minute to catch her breath she looks up and sees many pairs of eyes on her. her eyes widen as she stand there shocked.
rafe cameron.
wheezie cameron.
sarah cameron.
rose cameron.
ward cameron.
the whole cameron family stood there dressed all fancy and so was her family.

"where have you been! don't you know where going early we need to set up aurora" her mom shouts.

"no! nobody told me!" she says feeling attacked.

"bet she did she's probably like brain dead from the pogues" rafe commented while taking a mouthful of his drink.

"shut up rafe! and it's like what 1pm or whatever it's not even that late and iv seen midsummers set up for like months" she declared.

"okay aurora first off it's 3pm and there is final touches too also do not speak with all the attitude go get dressed" her dad says. she storms upstairs to go get ready.

"i'm just saying this out of all compassion but you really shouldn't let her hang with those pogues mr and mrs chamberlain especially jj" rafe says with a fake caring tone and a sweet smile.

"we appreciate your concern rafe really but there good kids i know they are" auroras mom speaks up as rafes face hardens.

"no there not wanna hear what they did to toppers boat oh and uh jjs intentions with your daughter?" rafe speaks his voice had no tone of compassion any more.

"oohhkayyy rafe cmon let's not." sarah says nervously laughing she didn't like rafe talking about the pogues like that not even if she wasnt particularly friends with them she knew rory was and she also didnt like what he was gonna say about jj since sarah knew rory likes him.

the family all chat as rafe just sits there in his own thoughts a hour later rory was finally ready as she walks down stairs. rafes eyes linger longer than needed as he finally speaks ,

"took you long enough huh?" he says standing up ready to go.

"you look so pretty rory!" wheezie says as sarah agrees with her. they all scatter out of the door the time was now 4pm and they all arrive at midsummers. sarah and rory sit down and talk for abit while rafe goes and helps his dad and wheezie helps rose.

"i'm so happy jjs gonna be here" rory blushes.

" jjs gonna see you in that beautiful dress and he's gonna flip girl" sarah says hyping her best friend up. a few hours later everyone starts to arrive and sarah goes to dance with topper leaving rory all alone.

"well don't you look sexy" a familiar voice says as rory turns around her eyes are met with jj and a smirk on his lips along with a cut.

"jj!" she hugs him and he hugs back handing her a drink off his tray.

"yeah princess did i mention how sexy you look?" he says.

"mmm im not sure maybe say it again" she smirks asking flirting.

"you look sexy" he says with a low tone in his voice pulling her in more and she smiles and blushes.

"hey popes and kiaras over there go to them if you want i gotta go to whatever shit i'm here for i can't even remember". he says smiling and she giggles softly walking over to her other friends and greeting them. after a while kiara and rory go somewhere else and pope goes to talk to jj after hearing rory just say she spoke to him. while kiara and rory dance she sees jj walk to sarah and pass her a note. her eyes brows furrow why was jj giving sarah a note?. before she knew it she sees rafe chasing jj what the fuck was happening.

after a while of worry aurora stand up and heading around the midsummers party to find jj. she stumbles into a bathroom not of her gender but she heared nosies in it. she walks in and sees kelce choking jj.

"what the fuck?!" she exclaims.

"awh look jj your girlfriends here to save you isn't that just cute" kelce says joking.

"get off him!" she yells trying to jump on kelces back but rafe picks her off holding her back against his chest while she tries to kick her legs about.

"blondielocks stop your doing your self no justice here" rafe says.

"just leave him alone" she says that but it seems to be no help suddenly security comes in and takes jj and her away.

"i'm not even pogue security man and he's a waitor nobody's getting no drinks if he's not here" she says but he seems to not care and kicks them out.

"hey blondielocks can't wait to tell your parents bout this one huh safe travels back to the cut jj" rafe shouts.

"have a nice fuck in that shitty house you call home jj" kelce says laughing but gets a glare from rafe.

a few hours later rory felt her phone buzz a lot it was her parents she quickly texted them saying 'with the pogues for the night got kicked out from midsummers it's rafes fault love u be home in the morning'. her parents didn't necessarily hate the pogues but they would rather her be home. the pogues spent the night all together with rory.
