Minho o3o (AU)

Your brother, newt was giving yet again another lecture about your crush, Minho.

"Listen. It's nearly prom and you haven't got a date yet. He's the man for the job. I've known him for a long time now." newt holds up a phone, then you notice something. that's your phone.

"NEWT!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY PHONE?!?!" He just nodded more focused on what he was doing, obviously not listening to you.

"GIVE IT!" You screamed at him.

After a minute he finally gave it back. Although it seemed like he'd texted Minho. You look through the contacts and find Minhos contact on the message it said a simple "Prom?" Then that was it. You started to try and delete it, but it was to late, it said read and he typed back.

Minho- Yeah sure. Do you want me to pick you up before the prom starts?

You started to freak out and you didn't know what to say

Y/n- sorry! Newt was messing with my iPhone again...

Minho- Oh. Ok. Who are you going with then?

Y/n- haven't decided that yet. Newts going crazy over it.

Minho- so that's why he txted me through ur phone?

Y/n- yep...

Minho- so who do you want to go to the prom with?

Y/n- what about you?

Minho- only the prettiest girl in the school.

You couldn't stand it from there. Prettiest girl? You ran to the back of the school and started to cry. There where heaps of messages from Minho. You didn't respond though.

You heard footsteps coming towards you and noticed it was Minho.

"Go away!" you said not even thinking before you talked.

"Why are you so angry at me? I didn't do anything. I texted you more than ten times to give you clues but you stopped talking to me."

"Well that girls lucky. Please go away."

"Lucky?" You blushed noticing what you just said. "you do realize the lucky and pretty girl is sitting right in front of me..." Your eyes shot up looking around just to make sure that there wasn't any girls around. And there wasn't. Not one.

"Prom?" He said. "Prom." You responded, pecking him on the lips.

And the smile never lost your face, well untill newt started fangirling about how cute you two are together.
