Lets just say today was confusing for many people besides myself.
I woke up put some nice clothes on and went downstairs. All was going well. Had breakfast. Rather tasty today... Everything was going smoothly. I checked my social medias and nothing really had happened. It was now about 1:30. I headed off to the park to see Kai.
When I arrived, Kai was stood with 3 girls. I knew these girls. Holly, Grace and Olivia. What was he doing with them?
Holly was one of the popular girls with the white borders and tilted photos on Instagram. She hated me. Her 'squad' was all the people who wanted to be like her and they turned into her minions. One of these people was Grace. Grace did dancing and singing. She was a nice girl. We were friends and he hung out together all the time. Then she had her braces taken off and that transformed her into one of Holly's slaves. Olivia is original and follows her own path. She could draw very well and she could play guitar and piano. However, she threw these talents away and followed Holly around as if Holly was a Shepard and she was a sheep.
But why was Kai with them? He had told me he hated them... Maybe he was asking where I was. I ran up to him and he had a smile on his face.
"Hi!"
"Oh hi Darci." Kai replied. He stepped away from the girls.
"I absolutely hate them, thanks for saving me!"
We just talked for a bit when I mentioned the photo.
"Oh yes, the photo," he went silent for a few seconds "I know I lied yesterday. I didn't know what to say... I love you..." Silence fell across the park.
"That's nice." I replied, I had no idea what to say.
"But, Holly likes me and I don't know what to do. I was have a major popularity boost and our squad needs that." Kai interrupted.
"Our squad is perfect where we are and I like you too. We don't need to have a popu-" My voice trailed off at the end. I realised something. Holly couldn't take no for an answer.
"I suppose your right but Holly is just gonna annoy us loads. But I can't take my eyes from you are your so funny, your my perfect match," Replied Kai, "Will you be my girlfriend?"
You know what came next, I said yes! I couldn't turn down my crush! The squad are meeting up tomorrow so hopefully I can tell all of them then!
