Zara Emerson's pov
October 25

I receive my report card, and I internally groan.

This is so not good.

I flip the page, knowing that what I'm about to see is nothing but disappointment.

Zara Ever Emerson did/not pass grade 8.

I slump against my seat.

And to think that I was dating a teacher.

Dahlia is going to kill me.

I stand up from my seat, and walk over to the teacher, where she's sitting behind her desk in her laptop.

"Yes Emerson?" She asks, looking up at me with an eyebrow raised.

"I was just wondering, if maybe one of my F's could be changed into something else?" I ask, and she sighs.

"You don't even try Emerson. I have told you many times before, you need to tell someone what's going on in that pretty little head of your's." She says, and shes about to say something else but I walk away before she can say it.

I take my backpack from my desk, and leave the room, wanting to get out of this room as soon as possible.

I walk to my locker, and groan internally when I see Evilie standing by it.

"What do you want?" I ask, opening my locker a s taking my stuff out.

"Why so sour?" She asks.

"Look, I don't want to talk right now okay? So please just leave me alone." I say, walking away from her.
