Arnav knocked on the door before walking in the room to meet Nani who was resting on the bed as her attendant  helped her with the medicines .
Arnav : How are you Nani ? ( He glanced at her attendant ) Hope she is having her food and medicines properly on time .. Do let me know if she denies
Nani : Chotte stop being a teacher ... I am fine ..And you and Khushi bitiya didn't let me do anything on my own making me more sick .... You know I can carry buckets of water...
Arnav ( chuckled): You and your silly jokes Nani ... Don't forget you just suffered from a heart stroke and a year back and Doctor has asked you to take complete rest to avoid further complications..
Nani : Doctor ka kya hai ? Woh toh kuch bhi keh dete hai .. But my heart attack has a good effect too .. It atleast makes you bring Khushi Bitiya and the kids here .. Otherwise aap toh poora settle hi ho gaye the unha pe ...
Arnav : As if I didn't came to meet you ? ( He rolled his eyes as Nani touched his palm )
Nani : Chotte ... It was so overwhelming when we discover the news of you and Khushi bitiya being together ...Before we could understand anything you shocked us more with her pregnancy...  bas aap log shaadi kyu nahi karte ?
Arnav : ( sighed) Well Nani , I don't want to pressurise Khushi for anything ... Her past experience makes her reluctant ...and I don't want her to rush on anything ....Does not matter Whether we are married or not ...We are happy and content together with our kids ...and that's all what matters
Nani : Khushi bitiya had been through much... The shame Adarsh brought us through have affect her the most ....Her sadness was unbearable .. Her Pain was reflectible ...
Arnav nodded afirmtively as he hold kissing her palm
Arnav : Don't worry Nani . Your .Khushi Bitiya's happiness is my responsibility ... and my kids won't allow her  to grief around .. They are too naughty and too active..
Nani :  Good that deity finally hears her prayers I have seen her craving to have this happiness May Devi Mayiaa bless you both with all happiness and prosperities ( She said caressing his forehead )  I can finally die in peace  seeing you settled .. You finally let your past go and Moved on ..
Arnav : Shut up Nani .. Will you ?  You have a long life to lead .. Aap aise hi bakwaas karenge toh I will definately not stay here ...
Nani sighed before Arnav heard a wail as he stood up from there
Arnav : Let me see what happened now before my kids end up doing something more hazardous . ( He shook his head walking out of the room )

Arnav : What are you doing here Sushi ? ( He  got hold of his daughter Raya who was right now standing clueless at the corridor ) Where is your Brother ?
He asked before finding Adi rushing down there holding few stems in his hand
Arnav : what you are holding ? Wait Isn't it my plants ... Adi  Sushi (Sushi instanly hide her face against  her father's shoulder )
Adi : Poh .. Poh ... I did a hail cut to the plants ..( He said blinking his eyelashes cutely )
Arnav : Stop calling me that Adi ... and why did you touch my plants ? KHUSHI ...KHUSHI
He screamed as Adi makes a face as Sushi placed kisses on her papa's neck ...
Arnav : What are you doing Sushi ?
Raya : paah ... Bhai makes you angly ... cho I am lobing you ....
Adi : No ... suchi lie .. lie ... ek malunga .. it's her idea
Khushi ( coming there ) What is happening over here ? Why so much of Chaos ?
Arnav : what do you think would have happened ? Look There
Khushi's mouth opened wide as her eyes fell on Adi who instantly hide the cut out behind him
Adi : ( crying ) I do nothing Mumma ... Sushi... malunga ..
Raya: anhhp ( She leans towards  Adi from her father's lap )
Khushi : Chup you both .. It's  Night people over here sleeps at this time .... and Adi ... your sister is much smarter than you ...Buddhu bachha ( She said picking him in her lap  walking ahead towards the room )
Khushi instantly hold arnav's arms as her eyes fell on Manorama Mami who was standing at one corner of the corridor ...
Arnav noticed her gaze as he glared at the elderly woman before holding her protectively in his arms . They walked ahead towards their room as Manorma instantly lowers down her eyes clutching the edge of her saree in her fist

Arnav : What are you thinking so much ? (  He asked Khushi who was sitting in front of the dresser applying moisturizer on her ) Sleep ..Close your eyes !! ( He patted Adi who was not in a mood to sleep while Raya have already dozed off with the feeder in her mouth )
Khushi let out a sigh, as she stood up turning at Arnav ...
Khushi : I don't like the way  She keeps staring at us ...( she said letting out a deep sigh )  She might not said it in words but her eyes says a lot .. as if accusing us ..
Arnav : You are thinking too much Sweetheart .... Relax your self ...
Khushi : Aap  nahi samjh rahe ho ... ( She sighed sitting beside him near the edge of the bed )
Arnav : Kya Samajhna Hai  Khushi ? ( He asked as he tucked her hair strands away ) kyu pareeshaan ho rahi ho ... ? Fine .. Raste se hata doon ?  .. A simple accident can finish  all the your worries ..  ( He said stroking her cheeks making Khushi gasped )
Khushi : Ar..nav ? ( She asked looking horrified at Arnav )
Arnav : Baby.. You are just thinking too much .. Get the insecurities  out of your mind ... She can do no harm to Us ...thik hai ..
Khushi : Arnav ... you will not understand my fear... what if the past came haunting us   .. We know the truth Adarsh was innocent .... ( she could feel goosebumps over her skin as Arnav's pulled her by her wrist placing a finger on her lips )
Arnav : Sshh ... If you keep stressing about such small incidents unnecessarily you will not able to live peacefully .. Enough... We have moved on ....
Khushi: Arnav .. Mami is not opening her mouth does not mean she will always stay silent ..She can bite back Arnav.. what if she tried to harm our kuds ?
Arnav : she will not dare and if I find any threats coming from her or her husband ... I will clear their existence from the world . ( He touched her cheek)
Khushi : Arnav .. It's not that always as simple as you describe ...Mujhe Darr lagta hai .. Apke liye Humare bachho ke liye ..What if ..
Arnav : nothing will happen to Us ... Khushi, Behind every sucessful business there are certain dark areas which we cannot ignore .. We have to keep it going ... Khushi We cannot just sit back in fear just because there are enemies outside waiting for Us . Khushi Nothing can reach us ... Listen I am not weak player .. Hope you already know that ... We already our own pawns who would act on behalf of us if any need arises safe guarding us
Khushi : but ....
Arnav : Tumhe bharosa hai mujhpe ? Do yoi trust me ?

Arnav : then stop worrying Come here ( He said extending his arms towards her to pull her in his embrace )
Khushi sighed resting her head against his chest .. She knows what a cunning  and Shrewed personality Arnav can when it comes to his business .. In these last few years She habe knows the dark secrets behind the sucess of AR Designs ...
He might a loving partner and adorable father but He is a crooled personality when it comes to Business .. Killing people for his purposes is nothing a big deal for him ...She have witnessed how He trapped Adarsh killing the same Model who was actually working for him only ..
Khushi closed her eyes feeling warmth against his chest ..
Arnav : Waise Nani was worried seeing you going into depression after Adarsh's incident.... She thought you might end up doing something in grief ? After all you loved him so much ?
Khushi looked up at him frowning before punching him playfully
Khushi : As if ? ( She rolled her eyes as she rode on his lap nibbiling his lower lips ) Yes .. I was so much griefing that at one moment I got suicidical ( She laughed out loud before Arnav glared at her gesturing towards their kids who were right now sleeping being the sweetest thing in the world ) ohhpss ..They looks exact replica of your's while sleeping. .. .. They looks so adorable don't they .. ( She smiled as she set the blankets on the twins who were sleeping cuddling each other)
Arnav : That they are.. ( He said wrapping his arms around her waist pulling her more on him as Khushi clutched his shirt collar participating in the kiss that he initiated )

Next Day,
Arnav : When you are going to Lucknow Khushi ? ( He asked as put the hair brush away on the dresser )
Khushi : We will be reaching there by today's evening ..The kids seems to be very excited in going there at their grand parent's place for the first time since we come back to India .. Wish You could have joined us there
Arnav : Khushi ... I am being unwanted in your family . Your father might communicate with me ...but your mother she makes me feel as if I am Devil .
Khushi : Are not you a Devil ? Mr. Boyfriend
Arnav : Boyfriend ? Haad hai ? Khushi I agree that you are not ready for marriage but darling, We already have cross that phase isn't We ... We are having a kids ...( Khushi folded her arms across her chest as she find her kids running down  there )
Arnav : Come here Papa's Lives ( he kneeled down extending his arms as the kids run in his arms kissing his cheeks affectionately) So where are the twins going today
"Nanu ke Ghar lucknow" Both of the squealed in happiness as Arnav tightened his grip on them
Arnav : So no one is going to miss me ? And here I would be so upset missing my apples ..

Arnav: Now don't do badmaashi over there ( He kissed  on their forehead
