The town was busier than normal. Being near Christmas and all, yet you still struggled to see the basic fun in Christmas.
How sad.Snow trickled down like a parade, maybe you should visit the city? Why bother.
As much as you tried your best to think about anything else; it ALWAYS came back to him. His smile, his words, his voice. Hell even the way he made you feel knocked some sense of fear into you. Even your therapist noticed the change.
You seemed to care more~
As if he restarted your whole personality! Sure you still hate life and people....just not as much now. Funny how life can work, hmm?
Such a fun experience.
You look around, keeping an eye out as if you're some criminal. Who knows, maybe you are.
The place smelled of joy and laughter. Children crying about some toy they want-parents planning who to invite and what the by. It was chaos, pure chaos. Hell, even traffic got you thinking twice before you crossed the road!Yes, it would be helpful to own a car yet you still were too lazy to walk and find some places that sell them.
Opening the door, coffee hits you like a train. It was crowded-more than before. Kids eating messy- with hot cocoa stains on their lips. While parents talk to one another about ice skating or some shit spree after this. You barely even made it through the door before you hit the line- the long painful line. The ones that make you want to pull your hair out, because old Bethany can't fucking remember what she wants to drink. Such a waste of time. You could have already had your drink by now and would be heading towards home.
You couldn't seem to even remember when your last doctors visit was. You knew one was coming up- your therapist made sure you knew. Fucker got you blocked with shit all month to the point where you couldn't and didn't have the time to go shopping for food.
After what seemed to be forever you were FINALLY walking home. The warm tingle that settles in your hands-giving you some sense of comfort. Taking soft and gentle sips every now-n-then. Warming you up from freezing to death. Cars drove by every now and then as you slowly separated from downtown to the forest. Staticness surrounding you as you make your way deeper into the forest.
Blood seeping from the trees dripping down in such a playful dance you stop to watch. Your surroundings move in a blazing dance. Trees twisting, bark snapping, and the trail to your home having a bloody trail of tears leading you home.
Your dress scratched and damaged. Leave's dangling from the extra fabric; while grass stains flow up words. Running from who knows what. Tears streaming down your face while you slip in the mud, landing face first. Mud seeping into your curls. Your vision so blurry from the the tears while you scratch at the floor. Trying to even stand straight, mud slipping right through your fingers making you squirm in the mud. Screaming out for anyone, for help. For someone to come and swoop you in their arms to tell you everything is fine.
-Picking you up in her arms, "Oh dear...now what seemed to happen here my little hare?" Looking up, the bright light making you take a moment to adjust to it before rubbing your face with your now stained muddy hands.
"Mama, I'm scared..." You say in a weeping small voice. To sweet to be ruined to such a monster. Your mum takes your hands in her's; not caring if it makes her own to become dirty. Pulling out a soft white cloth, and whipping your tears away.
"But dear, you shall not to be- for I shall slay any danger to be come your way!" For such a playful display to make you laugh. She stands up while guiding you as well, in such a playful way it cheered you up. Leading you back home, leading you into the kitchen. "Now, how about some coco? hmm?" You nod softy before taking a sit upon the kitchen counter, your bar stool, spinning a bit as you level yourself out on it. The table melts in between your small fingers, a handle forming up wards before wrapping around your arm and pulling you downwards.-
Gasping as you wake up, white sheets covering you while bright lights blind you. The distance sound of a heart monitor becoming more and more closer till it shall be right next to your ear.
"Oh dear, good you're awake! Scared my little heart," Looking to the side, you find a tall female with bland feathers hanging from her hair stands. "So lucky, such a young man stopped by claiming to find you passed out in the forest! It would be a shame, but luckily he found you! Oh and you were so cold- I just had to wrap you up. I truly hope you don't mind."
