Nothing.
I was leading the Autobots through old territory, that I knew very well.
"It's so quiet." Bulk said.
"Get use to it." I replied as I walked forward, on high alert.

There was this old clearing "Stay here, I'll check it out."
"Wait, there could be traps and you could get hurt." Jazz said.
I turned to him "I'll be fine, this is old territory." then walked into the clearing.
I looked around for anything then I saw something I haven't seen in years. I squatted and picked it up.
It was a little necklace that a femme gave me before they killed her.
"Please take care of it, it belonged to my carrier and it very important to me."
"I promise, I will guard it with my life."
Suddenly there was a fire and in the confusion I, somehow, dropped the necklace.
I frowned as I stood and looked around again....nothing....not a single soul to be seen, expect for us.
It angered me just to be here.
I motioned the bots over "Come, we leave."
I begin to walk off as other memories resurfaced.

It was late and we all needed rest "We'll stop here for the night."
Everyone sat or laid down.
"What happened here anyway?" Smoke asked.
I stood "Horrible things, so bad you can't even imagine." I walked off.
"Where are you going?!" Yellow asked.
"For a walk, I'll be back."
"Someone needs to follow her." Arcee said "We don't want her to get lost."
"But this is old territory, she'd never get lost." Yellow said.
"No, but I mean- it's complicated."
Jazz stood and began to walk the way I went.

In a smaller clearing I sat down and looked at the stars as tears slid down my face.
I turned, when there was a rustling sound, and saw Jazz walk up and sit down next to me.
"What are you doing?" I asked, not caring that I was still crying.
"They gang said someone needed to follow you, so I did."
"Oh..."
"May I ask why are you crying?"
"So many innocent Bots were killed here, I'm the only survivor."
He nodded and wrapped me in a hug.
I was about to yell at him but I needed comforting.
"Jazz, I may not seem this way but I'm terrified."
"Why?"
"I'm afraid it's all going to happen again, that I'll be taken away and they kill all of you."
He tightened his hug, fighting against my fears that try to drag me down.
"It's alright, it won't happen again, and if it does, we all be right by your side."
"Promise?"
"I promise, I will protect you, with my life."
I looked up at him tears still rolling down my face.
He wiped them away "Do not cry in sadness, for it is better when you cry in joy."
I smiled, not that he could see it, due to my mask.
"May I ask another question?"
I nodded.
"Why do you were that ugly battle mask?"
I was slightly shocked and looked away.
He moved my helm back to face him "Why?"
I moved it away from my mouth to reveal the right bottom side torn and welded back together horribly, leaving ugly scars.
Slowly and gently he traced my scars "Beautiful."
I scoffed "You mean ugly, I am not beautiful."
But he refused to say it "You may not be beautiful to others or even to yourself but to me, your the brightest, most beautiful star in the sky."
I couldn't help but blush, no one ever noticed me this way, or noticed me at all.
I looked at the ground "You think so?"
"I know so."
A smile spread across my face.
Then he moved his face closer to mine "Jazz- "
He kissed me.
At first I wanted to pound him for it but somehow I melted into it.
I closed my optics, enjoying the kiss when he broke it "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that."
I rolled my optics and pulled him into another kiss.
When we broke I moved closer and laid my head on his chassis.
"I love you, Star, with all of my spark."
"I love you, too, Jazz, even more so." Slowly I fell asleep.
