Chapter 1 Pt. 7

His brown eyes pour through me. While these girls are giving me dirty looks, I'm pretty sure if you were in my position nothing else will matter as long as he notices you..am I right or am I right?
"Oh my gosh! Ellie he's coming over! " ,I sort of whispered. My head dived straight between my knees in hope that he didn't just see me gawping at him.
She just sighs at me. She loves Diversity but she prefers Mitch to Pel.
" Hey, are you guys ready to get started?"
I lifted my head from my knees to look up. No one was there was his voice only my imagination? But then I looked to me right to be startled from the fact that he was sitting next to me.
"Hi" I barely spoke.
"Hi " he said mimicking me.
God even when he's pissing you off he can make you laugh.
"Are they still staring at me?", he whispers to me .
" who?"
" the girls back there", he gestures with his thumb. I atempt to poke my head around his massive afro, but the hair is just too damn big.
" can't see them " and I gestured to my head.
He laughed , showing his perfect teeth. "Is there anything this boy can't do?" I question myself.
Perhaps a little too loudly because hes still smiling at me.

"Ok come on guys, we're gonna warm up and then do a little freestyling!", Ashley tells us.
" Ellie I don't know if I can freestyle in front of all these people", I say.
"Don't worry you'll be fine. In fact I'll just ask Ashley if we can do it together ok?"
"Sure"
After stretching to Macklemore - thrift shop Ash tells us to make a circle. He turns on Poison by Rita Ora and starts off freestyling first.
"Just like that, it's not that hard", he tells the class after he's finished. "So..who wants to go first, any volunteers?"
"I'll go", it was the girl that was giving me dirty looks when Pel came and sat next to me.
"Alright Brittany, go ahead", Ash replies. "I swear she's such a diva and soo annoying" he whispered to Sam, not quiet enough obviously because I heard from the other side of the room. The worse thing was though is that Pel must have heard too as me and him laughed at the same time drawing attention towards us. Awkward silence except for the music blasting.
"Anyways, before you were so rudely interrupted Ashley",she says once again eyeing me "let me show you what I've been working on for the last two months ".
*Dance in media section*
By the end of it everyone was quiet the music had ended and all eyes were on Brittany. You could tell she was loving being the centre of attention because she was smiling at everyone. Especially Perri and it was sickening. The next song that came on was Anaconda. Me and Ellie looked at each other in sync, and burst out laughing. If your confused the reason that we're laughing is because before we left to go Dance works we were twerking in the mirror to Anaconda and letting loose.
Ellie dragged my arm into the middle of the circle, where Brittany was still standing, and nudged her out the way. I knew what was happening but was so unsure of it at the same time. Too late to be over thinking things now, Ellie's already counting me in.
"My anaconda don't! My anaconda don't! My anaconda don't want none unless you got buns hun", we sang while dancing to it. This is probably the most fun ive had all day especially as Pel joined in shaking whatever is down there. And yes I do mean his ass.

Ash taught us a routine that they used for butlins. I only know this because I watched it from YouTube. If only I was able to go but at least Ellie got me a video message from Sam and Mitch.

Anyways...
Throughout the whole thing Brittany seemed like she was sucking up to Ashley and by the looks of it them two have some history together. Once the class was over I walked up to Perri and asked him.
"Did Ashley and Brittany use to date or something?"
He just cracked up with laughter. "What's so funny?"
"Brittany used to be part of Danceworks but got fired", he said trying to recover himself. "Oh, what happened?"
He cleared his throat and looked in Ashley's direction, so I looked too.
"Umm..me and her used to go out and she became so clinging that I had to break up with her", Pel said returning his focus to me, "I'm guessing by all that butt kissing she's been doing today shows that she wants her job back. Obviously Danielle is the person she should be hanging around with though".
"Oh..well I have to go now Ellie's calling me", I said showing him my phone. "It was nice meeting you " he called after me. I just smiled at the fact that I didn't blow it today.

As I was walking I was processing this information, maybe that was why she kept looking in Perri's direction, because she wants to get back with him.

As me and Ellie were about to leave, I get a tap on my shoulder.
"You almost left your bag", I spun around definitely expecting to see Pel but Jordan instead.
I made a massive effort to hug him,"Thanks Jord see you next time".
"Pel said he gave you something and to open it when you get home" a cheeky smile spread across his face. " what are you guys planning" I asked curiously. "Nothing" and he goes back inside after handing me my bag.

I made sure I extended the story to longer than usual to try make up for the wait
