The group woke up in a flurry of confusion, each of them finding themselves in unfamiliar surroundings. They looked down at their hands, then at each other, realizing they weren't the ponies they were just hours before. A loud scream echoed through the room, quickly followed by another, then another. Chaos filled the air.
"AHHHH! What happened?!" Spitfire yelled, her voice laced with panic.
"Why do I feel... weird?!" Fleetfoot shouted, looking at her hands as if they were some foreign appendage.
"What are we?! WHAT IS THIS?!" Misty Fly screamed, her voice high-pitched with shock.
"I can't fly!" Surprise exclaimed, flapping her arms uselessly, her face a mix of confusion and frustration.
Twilight Sparkle, always the logical one, was trying to take deep breaths. "Okay, okay... calm down, everypony! Let's try to figure this out. We're humans... I mean, we must be!"
The sound of frantic scrambling and more shouting filled the room, but then—CRASH—suddenly, there was a thud from the other side of the room. The screams were enough to jolt me awake, and my heart started pounding in my chest. I bolted out of bed, adrenaline surging as I reached for the nearest weapon—I don't even know where the bat came from, but it was in my hands. I got into my fighting position, ready for whatever threat was coming my way.
"Who is it? Who broke in?" I demanded, scanning the room. I wasn't about to let anyone catch me off guard.
"Why do you sound like our Dashie?" Pinkie Pie's voice called out, the confusion clear in her tone.
