The product, whose packaging had just been opened, would soon begin to make sense of and examine the shapes around her. Over the course of fourteen years of life, she would become acquainted with the concept of consciousness, as well as her senses.

E-10 was slowly gaining awareness of her surroundings and increasing the number of senses activated. She tried in vain to make sense of the shapes she saw around her. What she saw in front of her reminded of herself, even if she did not yet know what she looked like, but at the same time it felt very distant. It was not even a minute after the activation of her thought process that she realized she was not normal.

"When the E series was announced, we were told that they would have significant differences from the others. When you introduce this model to us, we expect you to explain these 'differences' in a little more detail."
E-10 was able to recognize this new sound. It was different from the first one she had heard.
