After the met gala stuff Renjun went back to his flat when he entered the key, he felt something off. He was home but not alone. When he closed the door he just acted clueless.

He went to the kitchen looking straight at the camera he didn't install at all waving mouthing the words 'I know you're here' before taking his gun firing at the camera destroying it. He took his suit back and ran to the balcony jumping off of it.

After hearing footsteps coming after him.
"This shit is fucked up" He thought as he fell In a car. "Agent Bambi if you don't start riding this damn car before we're the ones getting cooked" Renjun said as the car speed up.

"Who? When? How? Why? Where?"
"Justin and Marcus, A hour ago they followed me and invaded my house, With the help of an unkown guy, To kidnap me, In my house right now"

Renjun aka Agent star said turning around taking his gun firing at the car following them. Having the car being drove recklessly by Agent Bambi aka Jihyun was like I'm a action movie but in real life, Agent Star made the tire of the car following them explode as He and Agent Bambi drove off "Luckly it wasn't my official home"

Agent Star said taking off the tracker om his waist that he didn't notice throwing it out as they were otw to the qg.

Renjun slumped back in the passenger seat, catching his breath. The adrenaline was still pumping, his pulse pounding in his ears. His mind raced, piecing together the sudden ambush he'd just escaped. Justin and Marcus—two notorious enforcers with long rap sheets and a reputation for never missing their targets. Whoever wanted Renjun captured wasn't playing games.

Agent Bambi kept her eyes on the road, expertly weaving through traffic at a breakneck speed. Her grip on the wheel was tight, and her expression focused, though he could see a spark of excitement in her eyes. She lived for moments like these.

"Renjun," she said, sparing him a quick sideways glance, "or should I say, Agent Star... did you do something recently to piss these guys off?"

Renjun scoffed, reloading his gun. "Not directly. Must be the job. The Hawk probably knows I'm onto him. Either way, this is a serious breach. They're tracking us, Jihyun.""Tracking?" She frowned, pressing her foot harder on the accelerator. "They shouldn't have been able to follow us this quickly. Not unless..."

Renjun glanced around the car, scanning every corner. "Unless they planted something on me at the gala. Or—" He stopped, pulling out his phone. "Or this. I think they hacked my phone."Jihyun reached over and snatched it from him, tossing it out the window without hesitation. "There. That should buy us some time."

Renjun chuckled dryly. "Not exactly what I had in mind, but fair enough."The city lights blurred as they sped through darkened streets, the hum of their car's engine filling the silence between them. Renjun watched the rearview mirror, expecting to see more goons on their tail at any moment. But for now, they had a brief moment of calm."So, where to now?" Jihyun asked, her tone almost casual.

"I need a safe place to regroup and think. This means someone high up knows about me—about us. And that orange-haired man... he warned me, Jihyun. He said I was in danger. He knew about The Hawk, too."

Jihyun raised an eyebrow. "A mysterious man shows up and just... warns you? And you're sure he's not setting you up?"

Renjun thought about it, the cryptic way he'd spoken, the intensity in his eyes. "I don't think so. There was something genuine in her warning. But I don't know if he's friend or foe yet."They finally pulled into a secluded underground garage, a safe spot they'd used for covert operations in the past. Jihyun parked the car and turned off the engine. They sat in silence for a moment, catching their breath.

Jihyun broke the quiet. "Alright, let's go through this again. Someone wanted to kidnap you. They sent Justin and Marcus to do it, and they had an inside man. Sounds like we've officially been compromised."

"Not just compromised," Renjun muttered, rubbing his temples. "Someone's putting serious resources into this. They know where I live. This isn't just about tonight; they're watching us, waiting for a moment of weakness."

Jihyun sighed. "Then it's time to go dark. No phones, no usual contacts. Just you and me until we can smoke these guys out."

Renjun nodded, feeling the weight of her words. He pulled out a burner phone from a hidden compartment in the car. "We'll use this for now. Only for emergencies. And we're going to need a new place to crash."

"I know just the spot." Jihyun smirked, the same spark of adrenaline returning to her eyes.

..💭..

Their new hideout was an abandoned loft in a forgotten corner of the city—a place Jihyun had scoped out a while back, just in case they ever needed it. The space was stark and industrial, with minimal furniture and exposed brick walls. It was far from cozy, but it would serve their purposes well enough.

Renjun tossed his suit jacket over a dusty chair and collapsed onto an old couch, exhaling deeply. "I can't believe I had to jump off my own balcony."Jihyun chuckled, dropping her keys onto a nearby table. "Looked pretty cool from where I was sitting."

He grinned, shaking his head. "Yeah, well, let's not make a habit of it."After a few minutes, Renjun's expression turned serious. "We need intel, Jihyun. If The Hawk really has people after us, he's not just playing games anymore. We have to find out his next move before he finds out ours."

Jihyun pulled a laptop from her bag, tapping into an encrypted network. "I'll start digging. Maybe we can find a lead from the gala. Security footage, guest lists... anything that might tell us who else was in on this ambush."

Renjun leaned back, letting his mind wander. His thoughts drifted to Hana, her bright smile and her unicorn drawing. He hadn't wanted her to be part of his world, but now, with enemies coming so close to his home, the lines were blurring. It was a sharp reminder of what was at stake.

"We'll get through this, Renjun," Jihyun said, noticing his faraway look. "They caught us off guard, but that won't happen again."Renjun nodded. "Right. Let's make sure of that."
