"I'll never make a promise that I can't keep "
So me and my girlfriend Jela of 4 years was sitting in front of her house in my car.
"What's the matter ?" I asked her .
"Um I went to the doctor today ." She said smiling weak.
"And ." I said smiling .
"Devante I'm pregnant." She said to me.
"Pregnant imma be a father ." I asked her.
"I think so ." She said looking sad.
"Why you looking so sad ." I asked her.
"I'm just a little nervous I guess." She said to me as I play in her hair.
"Don't be nervous don't worry about anything okay matter what it is I'll be there I promise ." I said to her as I touch her face and we kiss.
She smiled and got out the car I wave to her goodbye as she walked in the house I pull off I was excited imma be a daddy I love Jela so much I promise I'm going to be the best father and man to her.
• • • Jela walks in the house as her father walks behind her she was scared of her father the things he do to her is not what fathers supposed to do Jela went in her room and close her door.
"Jela I'm sorry look daddy didn't mean it what happened between us was special baby girl ." He said to her .
Jela got dress into her pajama she got in bed and try to sleep but her dad came in the room touching her she closed her eyes and tears start coming down her face then he left out her room Jela just lay in bed crying ever since her momma pass her dad just been taking advantage of her and she don't like it at all the next morning Jela got up and ran the shower she locked the door and she took off her clothes she stay in the shower as she start crying she wanted to kill herself she's pregnant and she don't know if it's Devante or her dad she wants to get abortion but she promise herself she will never kill her baby she just want everything to end.

So today Jela is having a bbq and everybody is invited so I went out shopping I want to propose to her since she's carrying my baby I need her to be my wife and I'm going to do that .
"Hey baby ." She said giving me a hug .
"Hey bae ." I said hugging her back as we kissed .
