Just why are brothers so irritating? Every 30 minutes, he comes and reminds me, like an alarm, that I am going to get my results. I sat on the couch with my laptop, thinking about what to do, and decided to see if there were any new K-dramas released. I wasn't worried about my results; I'm going to pass anyway. I wouldn't say I'm really good at studying, but I'm an above-average student.

I decided to watch Mouse, a K-drama with a suspense theme. I've been delaying it for so long—like, I start the drama, but strangely, after half of the first episode, I start to lose interest. So this time, I decided to complete the series. My brother came and sat beside me, saying, "You still have 2 hours." I ignored him and started the drama. I completed 2 episodes since I had already seen most of the first episode so many times; I just skipped most parts. My mom came then and asked, "What shall we have for lunch?" I just said, "Cook anything you want. Whatever you give me, I'll eat." My mom went, "Would be nice if you all did as you say," and we all burst into a fit of laughter. And there he goes again, reminding me I still have time. And he left.

This guy, seriously. I told him if he does it again, I'll remind him every 10 minutes that his results are coming on his result day . I started the 3rd episode. Surprisingly, this time the drama was interesting, so I continued watching. Halfway through, I felt someone poking me on the arm. I turned to see who it was, and my brother was grinning at me, saying, "30 minutes more." At this point, I didn't even know what to say to this guy, so I just continued watching.

After some time, he came again and literally shoved a glass of water in front of my face, saying, "Mom gave you this to drink." He started to smirk. I took the glass, and he said, "20 minutes more." I thought, Good for you because u'r my brother, or else I would have kicked your ass. I got up to walk around for a bit because I had been sitting for too long and my legs kind of felt numb. After a short walk of about 5 minutes, I went to freshen up and wash my face because I felt my face was a bit oily. By the time I came back, my dad had come home, and there my brother was again, saying, "u have 5 minutes still..."

And he continued every minute from then. My mom burst out laughing, and my dad joined in with her.

"4 minutes..." "3 minutes..." "2 minutes..." "1 minute..."

"Open! Open! Open! Open the website fast!" It was my brother. He went toward my laptop and opened it himself because, according to him, I was too slow. The website was stuck due to heavy web traffic, and the face he made then made me laugh so much that I had to clutch my stomach. He looked soooo disappointed.

We tried again to open the website after 10 minutes, and it finally started to load. After a few seconds of waiting, my results were displayed... I got... oh my... I got a 7.5 CGPA! I told my mom and dad, and they said it was a good grade. My dad asked what I wanted to eat for lunch. Since mom hadn't started cooking yet, he said we would decide after I got my results, so I said, "Let's order biryani." We ordered it online through Swiggy and added so many items. The food was delivered after 30 minutes, and just when I was about to open the packages, my dad came in with rasgulla (a type of sweet that is soaked in sugar water). He made me eat it, saying, "Congratulations." After that, we set the table and started to dig in.
